Cheaply made
Poorly made; ripples in outside covering, interior had raveled edges, and music was tinny. Would have returned it, but second one I had ordered and I needed it for Christmas.

Not as strong as it looked online. Also the name plate was not attached to the box I had to glue it on. Also the clasp that closes the box keeps falling off very cheap.

Missing Personalization
In the picture is portrayed with a gold plate with the name you choose. I selected this option but when I got it, there was no gold plate or the name I wanted. Also, the music is…sus. Haha, it plays really slowly one note at a time. And the song was eerie, creepy kinda. Sad I spent a good amount of money on this.
