You need to have this sword!
Pros: Looks great, feels great. Slightly flexible but rigid enough to make this feel like a sword. Good paint job. Love the chrome finish. Great length. Nice solid handle. I don't beat my swords up too bad but this would hold up very well to some serious thumping. Excellent value! Note: This is not a LARP sword, way too hard.Cons: The blade is fairly wide, but not overly so. I would prefer if the blade tapered more as it reached the point, but I understand why it doesn't (safety). Just a preference but it doesn't ruin this sword.Note: This is my favorite of the four swords I purchase from Sparkfoam. I have big hands and this is very comfortably a two handed sword. It's inspired by Aragorn's ranger sword in Lord of the Rings and it made me so happy to re-watch the trilogy with this sword and the Medieval King sword (inspired by Anduril) in my hand. I highly recommend this to any sword lover.

Amazing
I honestly didn't expect a pretty realistic looking sword and be usable. I have seen so many claim it and the finish on them just ruins it. However this sword looks great the weight is great the handle would be perfect for many but slightly small for me to use 2 hands but that is something I expect even with real swords. I would not recommend swinging it hard to hit someone without padding as this sword is well built and will hurt. Worth buying for a realistic costume look or for LARP this sword should suit your needs. The sword measures 42 inches from tip to the bottom of the handle. The blade is 31 inches. Handle 7 and 3/4 inches. The first hand spot is slightly smaller then the second.

Well made Cosplay Sword and Possible LARP Sword
This sword is great for Cosplay and seems to be good for LARP. I bought this for a LARP and will test how sturdy it is later. But from what I can tell the sword is pretty sturdy, the blade is thin but still sturdy, the handle is very strong. The reason why i gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sword wobbles a little bit, id prefer it to be more solid and stiff but that is my personal preference. Just to wrap things up, This is Aragorn's Strider/Ranger sword from The Lord of the Rings, great for cosplay. Further testing will conclude its ability for LARP.

Get it!
This is made of foam. The finish on it is flawless. It really does look real. It will match my husband's Halloween costume perfectly and bring the entire look together. It is very long so make sure you are tall!

Great Prop Sword
I have not tried any sparing with this sword, but it seems like it would hold up to some stage fighting. There is a metal rod that runs the length of the blade that provides a good level of rigidity. The colors and paint are very nice you have to be holding it to tell it is not real. It does not come with a scabbard which is a bit of a bummer but it did not say it did. That would be a bonus for future offerings. I very much like the sword, I used as part of my Halloween costume this year and got many compliments.

Very Long, as expected
I bought it for a class called stage combat I have at Acting school. I love this sword and play with it all the time. It's pretty cool. But because the guard and the handle + pommel are made of foam, they seem easy to break. And there its already a crack in mine. Might have to tape it at some point if it completely breaks off.

Great sword for the price, but expect it to come a bit scuffed
I really like this brand, but the sword comes a bit banged up sometimes. I’ve bought two of these swords and one shorter one and the blades had tiny scuffs, but the one I just bought had part of the guard broken off. The package was perfect, it was just the sword broken.

Nice sword but arrived damaged
Really awesome sword. Only problem I had with it was it was damaged, the cross guard was torn.
