Product description POLISOR 25g is powdered silicon dioxide intended for oral intake as an aqueous suspension. It appears as a white odorless powder easy to disperse in water and forming a suspension. POLISORB is not disintegrated in the gastrointestinal tract, nor is metabolized. It simply passes through the body being excreted naturally including along with all toxins bound during passage. Polisorb is an enterosorbent which absorbs and removes harmful toxic substances from the gastrointestinal tract. Polisorb has antioxidant properties, i.e. it slows down the processes of ageing and blocks aggressive action of free radicals. The just prepared water suspension is the most effective. Polisorb has high adaptation qualities. That is an ability of Polisorb to help the organism to adjust to unfavorable external factors. Polisorb should be dissolved in water and then drunk. The necessary amount of powder should be added to water under continuous stirring to make a neutrally-tasting suspension which is easy to drink. The suspension should always be freshly made and taken 1 hour before or after a meal (when taking other medication: 2 hours before or after taking the other medicine). The prepared suspension should be taken within 24 hours. Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting treatment: first day Polisorb should be taken 5 times a day every hour, next days 3 times a day distributed over the course of a day until symptomatic relief.
