I bought this steamer back in 2018. I didn't use it much during the first couple of years, but the last 1-2 years I found it useful. The steamer is definitely a good alternative for when you have a migraine and the sauna/hot tub isn't available for use of you're limited on time. Unfortunately, I had to toss the steamer out as it would not hold water. Water would leak heavily through the bottom of the device. :/

I am a new user to facial steamers and general. I got the black and gold one. For this to be my first one it’s really easy to use. It is so simple to set up. It comes with facial tools for grooming and taking care of acne or pimples the proper way. It also came with this headband shaped like cat ears. I keep it on my beauty vanity in a plastic zip lock to protect from dust.When I first start using the steamer I let it just run the first time around to get the plastic going and that new smell out. Each fill up, meaning water fill last about 30-40 mins. It’s a easy way to get motivated about skin care. The steaming helps with the moisturizing process.I would suggest using distilled water and no other products. I’ve had it going on 4 months and I’m in love!!!

I was skeptical whether it will work or another junk in my inventory. Its been working fine for last year and half. Steams pretty well and no complaints as such !

Overall, great product. My only concern is that it doesn't seem to push out steam at the same consistency the entire time. It'll die down about every 30 seconds, and then start pushing out a good flow again. I've used it twice now and noticed each time.It's not bad enough that I'm going to return it, but not sure how to directly contact the seller.

Used this for my hair! I have 3C coarse hair, and it was a good refresher for Day 4 hair, and it was great! It gave my hair beautiful volume! (Your hair will lose curl definition). The steaming itself feels good on the hair, and made it easier to style crunchy; I had hair from a previous day of working out (a lot). Completely moisturizing for hair (I have yet to use it for my face). The product itself was easy to use, and clean by the way!

It’s a good product, but the thing is I use it to do a facial cleanse with a “skin spatula” and you have to have a steam wet face the whole time so this facial steamer doesn’t hold enough water that I would like to, in order to do my whole facial in one run. I have to keep refilling it.

I understand the benefits of steaming your face in preparation of cleaning and moisturizing. It allows the pores to open to clean and apply moisturizer.This device allows you to isolate the steam to your face, or desired areas, to allow the facial pores to open. It is easy to set up and use. It was ready to go within 10 seconds. It puts out a very decent amount of steam. I usually use it for about 3 to 5 minutes. It was very relaxing and felt amazing.The included nasal cone is very helpful to clear sinuses.My face comes out rosy and soft and happylooking after several months usage. ^O^
