Battery expanded after 1 year
Charging was fast and great, until it hit a year of having it, and the battery expanded, no more charging.

Took this to Las Vegas so I could charge my phone throughout the day as needed. I have an older phone. Ended up charging 5 phones from 1 charge. All took turns using it. Definitely came on handy!

Multiple charges for my Iphone while traveling!
lightweight and easy to use. I like that the power shuts off when not charging so it stays ready to go when needed. I got multiple charges while out all day in Europe on a school tour with little access to plug outlets. Thank goodness I had this wonderful charger. Love the bright color as well, easy to spot in a dark backpack. I would recommend or buy again.

Works great for the Gig economy!!!
I have had this battery bank since April of 2018. I worked the gig economy, and I am constantly running my apps while traveling around. I normally work 8 to 10 hour days. My phone is constantly plugged into the backup charger bank for those 8 to 10 hours days. Four years later, and it is finally starting to slow down. I am about to order another one.

Charge efficiently and fast
The only reason I gave it a 4 star overall is because I had to buy the charging cord for the charger for $9.99. The first time I bought the charger, the cord came with it, but I gave that one to my disabled sister to use. How can you charge the charger without a charging cord. There was no cord in the box at all. I believe it is called a USB-C cord to charge it. Luckily, it was fully charged when I received it. And I couldn't order the cord from Amazon because I was leaving in two days for vacation and I needed to take the charger with me. But overall it is a great charger just needs a charging cord.

Highly recommend!
I have had this since 2018 and keep it in my purse as it’s about the size of my now iPhone 12. I only charge the actually Power bank about once a month and get multiple weekly uses out of it before recharge. Highly recommend!

Failing. No longer safe.
Purchased May 2019. October 2022, battery pack is swollen and no longer safe to store or use. I don't want to take a chance with fire. Plastic is just beginning to crack from the stress--It is bulging outwards from the middle on both sides of the battery pack. Note, this battery pack has never been exposed to heat, i.e. in a hot car or sunlight. It has been rarely used.

Stopped working after 6 months
Worked well to start - had about 3 full iPhone charges to each power bank charge, have used it about once a month since aug 2020 (now feb 2021) and it’s stopped working completely. Won’t charge at all.I also appear to not be able to return it, which is frustrating. I expected it to last much longer. I imagine many of these reviews were in the early days of purchasing :(

Cheap fast charging power bank with decent capacity. Just what I wanted.
I got this while on offer for around just over £5 delivered which makes it an extremely cheap fairly large capacity power bank with decent charging speed.Feels decent with a nice textured finish to the casing and can charge from USB C aswell as the other charge port having a lead supplied with it which is ideal if you don't have any.Just wanted a cheap power bank and got exactly what I wanted.

ZMI PowerPack Charger
Really pleased with this charger that I take with me if I'm out for the day walking and using my phone alot taking pictures and videos, good to have in your bag just incase. Great design, slim & lightweight, great price also. Pack charges quickly aswell as when charging my phone. I've recommended to friends who have also purchased this charger and just as pleased. Highly recommend.

Not a team player
This thing has an attitude problem. You charge it for 12 hours, it gives you back 2 hours of energy. It flashes at me even though it's not plugged into anything, wasting it's battery. Defeats the object. Don't buy, it doesn't want to be used.

I am sure this product is a good one justthinki managed to get a faulty one
Product looks amazing ..but been charging it for over 1 day and only 2 lights fully charged ..and a not so good smell ..think I managed to get a dud ...ordered another so hopefully this one is ok ...just charged the second and it only took about 5 hours ...great product ...the first must have been faulty
