I do not write many reviews. A product has to really exceed my expectations for functionality quality and value and this product does that !. When I first opened the box I was surprised by the weight it was heavy for its size. I then charged it, which took less than 45 minutes and began using it. The power this unit generates, and it’s different modes, is tremendous. It’s compact size makes it useful for many aches and pains. I can; lay back on it for my neck and or back and pinpoint the exact spot or spots that are aching. I literally was able to put it behind my knee and sit with it pinched between my thigh and calf and let it vibrate my sore knees . The quality of this product is excellent. the different vibrating modes are well thought out and the battery lasts for hours...... lastly it is small enough to easily stick ir in your bag to travel. I highly recommend this product.....

I usually get a massage at least twice a month to get rid of the tension and stress. I have really tight muscles and it is hard for my masseuse to work it all out and when she uses more force I end up really sore. I almost need a massage for my massage. I decided to try one of these Miracle Vibration Massage balls. I've tried similar products before such as foam rollers and I end up having to do a full rolling out workout just to get any results. I am amazed at the power this has, there are different levels of vibration which is awesome. The first level is a slower vibrations which Massages the muscle. (works Great on my Neck) Then it gets faster and more powerful. There is a third setting which pulses and I love the results I get with this setting. My daughter also uses it for her "grown up pain"( growing pain) in her feet and legs and it helps out tremendously. I highly recommend this to anyone who has the same issues with tension and stress.

As a former personal trainer and current fitness enthusiast, I highly recommend this product for massaging out those sore, tight muscles. I’m a huge proponent and fan of foam rolling, so when I first came across this product, I was a bit skeptical and didn’t think that a vibration mechanism was really needed, since the traditional foam rollers usually do the trick for me. I have this product a try however, because I wanted something that could really target the tough areas like the TFL, that are often so tight and harder to massage out. With only one use, on just level one and two, I felt an enormous release and felt much looser. I haven’t tried level 3 and 4, but I think for a bigger, more muscular person, it would be fantastic (I’m 5’6” and 118 pounds, so the lower settings are plenty for me. This is also so compact and light you can throw it in your workout bag easily! Enjoy!

It has four different settings which each work great for different parts of my body depending on how much intensity I need per location. I fully charged it when it arrived and haven’t had to recharge since despite using it every day. Awesome for getting deeper massages that a regular roller just can’t do!

As a former DI scholarship athlete who still trains hard this product is invaluable for my overall fitness. I have used many myofascial release products to warm-up and recover. This product looses my muscles up better than foam rolling, using the stick, a lacrosse or tennis ball. Using this product has increased my mobility and flexibility. My wife is a former aerobics instructor who still takes HIT training classes throughout the week. She had been in pain for many months prior to us buying this product. After the first time of using the product it decreases her hip pain and she now uses it after her workouts to be pain free.

I’ve been in the game for 2-decades now, and I’ve tried multiple products ranging from foam rollers to lacrosse balls to hyper-ice rollers and Thera-guns. After using this, I can say it blends the positive qualities of a foam roller, and a smaller surface area decide like a firm ball - allowing you to do SMR in harder to reach spots that a roller would not allow. Plus you can’t use the gun on your own back. The peanut shape allows for better comfort while putting more weight on the muscles, and you can avoid rolling more delicate tissue like direct on the spine thanks to the shape. Also recommended for travel, given the compact size. Well done!! I recommend it

This peanut shaped vibrating roller is a life saver! It definitely does a better job of myofascial release than the foam rollers. The vibrations are not evenly distributed though - the motor is housed on the same side as the on/off button and the vibrations are stronger there than the other side of the peanut. But given the benefits I am getting from it I really don't mind.

I like foam rollers and even the tennis ball trick. But this vibrating roller is Amazing!! I love it and it’s great for hitting all the deep pressure points you really can’t get (but try to!) with the other modes of muscle massaging and lengthening. It is extremely powerful- truly unlike anything I’ve used before. I’ve only used level 1 & 2 so far. My favorite thing about this product is how comfortably designed it is and rolls with ease against the areas I always need targeted- especially lower back and glutes. What a great find- def recommending this to anyone thinking of buying.
