Q: how offend can I use it on my face

It depends on how sensitive your face is to the product. My facial skin is sensitive and I have found Skin Doctors to be so much gentler than Nair, Neet, etc. It also works great. The other products are just way to harsh and they leave my face feeling chemically burned. I usually use Skin Doctors about once a month - I could use it more and not have a problem. I don't know how fast your hair grows or how visible your facial hair is, but I would just see how your skin responds to it by spacing your uses and seeing if you need to use it more often and if your skin is/is not irritated by more frequent uses. If you notice any problems, you then know how many days to allow between uses to avoid irritation.

No it does not remove hair permanently. I did find that it slowed down the re growth.

Q: Anybody use it on their legs and not just there face?

Yes, I only use it for my legs and armpits.

Q: Is this effective on men as well as women or is it primarily for women?

This targets the fine hairs on a woman so I think it would not work for men as their hair is much coarser.
