ER4043 1/16" 3/32" 1/8" Aluminum TIG Welding Wire Rod (1/16"-5LB)

The price is mainly why I bought this item, and the shipping cost. I did notice some aluminum tig welds on new coupons had contamination comming to the surface after wire brushing and using acetone on the workpiece and filler rod. A second bead with tig rod from another manufacturer yielded a much cleaner weld bead. Seems ok , and I have gotten good results, but if I'm stll getting floaters halfway into the package I'll update my review.

The package was damaged upon delivery. No type of warning labels were affixed to the outside that the item needed to be handed with care, so I can't be upset with the delivery service. Every rod is was bowed which will cause the feeding and use of the rod to be more difficult. I will now have to straighten each rod before use. What's the cost of a warning sticker?
