Before I bought this we used to buy the ready made burger patties from the supermarket. Since I bought this we always make our own and they are sooo much better.It's so simple and easy to use, make up your burger mixture (minced beef and whatever you choose to put with it, e.g. onions, herbs, oxo cubes, Worcester sauce.... etc..).Add one of the wax discs to the bottom of the burger press, put some of your burger mixture on it and simply press down with the top, volia.. one burger ready for frying.Simple, easy to use, easy to clean, sturdily made.Great product.

good for burgers make sure you do a burger mix so burger dont shrink so much .. i recommend tong master . im not sure on how these will stand up to years of abuse but i dont really push down with the handle i push the disk down then lift it off with the handle . so dunno . makes perfect quarter pounders if thats your thing

Made my own burgers before but decided I wanted something to mold them into shape better. This does the trick perfectly. Can make thinner or thicker. Tryed both and yummy. I like a good sized burger to go in the baps we get so the size was great for us. However if you prefer a smaller roll, they might be a bit too big (unless you like it hanging out the sides). That would be the only downside I could give, other than that, would highly recommend. Easy to clean too. Also great service. Ordered on the Saturday, arrived Sunday without using Prime. Great stuff.

Works pretty well. Made of aluminium, so no problems applying pressure to make an even burger. Basically gives you a decent quarter pounder - about 125 grams. I would prefer a wider and deeper mould for a fatter burger - the sort of mould/press used by butchers. Quarter pounders cook too quickly on the barbecue and are nothing like as good as proper butcher burgers or the M&S “best ever burger”Zero stars for flavour - best rely on the meat for that.

I always thought there was no point to this sort of gadget but I was wrong! Presses the meat into great looking burgers which keep their shape when cooking. Kids loved making up their own burgers using different herbs and spices, and then pressing them. They were chuffed to see the results of their efforts - then eat them!

Product does as described, it works very well but after a few weeks the wooden handle cracked. I’ve taped it up and it still does the job fine.

I'm a convert. This is so simple, and I didn't know how easy it would be to make my own burgers.The kids loved making them too and I can see it's going to get plenty of use, barbecue or grill. Comes with a recipe card and clearly from a seller that cares - good communication.

Does what it’s made for, simple to use and clean.
