This is a simple and economic solution for my backpacking adventures.I have a great pack - (ULA Catalyst 75L), but it did not come with a rain-cover.This is a quick and easy cover to put on - and it comes with a small storage bag. While the storage bag could be ditched to save a few ounces - and I feel the cover is durable enough to handle being stuffed into my tent bag or another accessible spot.I have learned to enjoy NOT having a built in rain cover - as this can also be used to cover other items quite easily.Joy Walker, it should be noted, is a small company with outstanding customer service.I was blown away at the speed of which they helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. 10/10It is rare to find a company that leaps at the opportunity to help.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to for this purchase because of the superb customer service. My first time buying backpack rain covers and very happy with the quality of this item. Will know better how well it holds up in the wet and its durability after our trip to the alps but the material and sewing looks very good. I must also give 10 stars for customer service. One of the sizes I bought did not fit our backpack and the owner immediately helped take care of us and fixed our mistake. I haven't received service like this in recent years so was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Thank you Joywalker!

Amazing customer service. The first cover was not quite the correct size for my backpack and I contacted the company. Within a few hours the owner responded and sent the correct size and generously offered to let me keep the first cover. That first one has been put to good use by my son. We have both found the product to be high quality and they have excellent customer support.

We backpacked through Scandinavia during the rainy season. I purchased backpack covers to keep our backpacks dry. It did the job well. The straps could have been designed better. However, it gets the job done.

Absolutely fantastic customer support! I ordered a small rain cover for my backpack thinking it should fit but when I received it, I realized it was just ever so slightly too small. Contacted customer service through the email on the card that came with the cover and even at 9:40pm on a friday night, they responded immediately. They were able to figure out the right size I needed and sent the replacement priority without any hassle or issue. I received the correct size cover on Tuesday and it fits great. Five stars and then some for the top notch customer service and a great product!

I’ve been preparing for a road trip on my newly bought motorcycle, it’s been so many years since I’ve packed up the back of a bike. I bought all the fabric to make waterproof covers for the rain when I saw the backpack covers offered from Joywalker. First the cost was too good to pass up. Upon receiving the XXL cover I found the craftsmanship very well made and it fit my luggage bag and pack perfectly.It folds up small in its own bag for my limited space on the bike.I would recommend this product for all those who need a great waterproof cover on your motorcycles. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent customer service! First one was too big so I reached out to email provided and they sent me the right size. New one came really quick. Haven’t had the chance to use it yet but they look exactly as advertised.

First off, I'd like to give a proper shout out to Leo from Joy Walker. My rain covers that I initially ordered were way too tight because I relied on the backpack company's liter rating instead of measuring for myself. Well, Leo recommended that I measure myself in the future. But these guys are simply AMAZING customer service. He sent me two new ones quicker than I could've bought them (within two days of reaching out to him I had them both) and I TRIED to send the original ones back so he could resell them, but he insisted i keep them for other, smaller backpacks i own. I have RARELY seen this kind of quick and positive customer service in the 30 years I've been buying online. I'm still blown away at his kindness and speed.Now onto the rain covers. I haven't had a chance to use them outdoors yet, and probably won't for a few months , but I tested them in the house With a spray bottle pretty fiercely, and the material and waterproof rating seem excellent. Nothing came through, and I'm guessing because of the quad-layer material construction, I couldn't even tell the other side was wet after I peeked inside of the backpack with a flashlight. So I definitely trust these outdoors under mother nature. I'm guessing as long as I don't rip a hole in them, they'll hold up wonderfully.My ONLY suggestion would be a grommet in the bottom so water could drain out, because water will eventually get inside after so long in a serious storm. But that's a personal preference and nothing wrong with the product itself. I might put my own grommets in.My Mountainsmith rain covers (at least the old ones) have a really nice grommet at the bottom, so that's how I know it's a good idea. But their new ones don't, so maybe they feel it's just not necessary either.Thanks again to Leo @ Joy Walker for ALL of his help and for taking my grommet suggestion.
