I’ve been using Night Shred GLP-1 for a couple of weeks and I’m loving the results. I fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, and wake up feeling refreshed—not groggy. It really helps curb late-night cravings too, which has made a big difference. The addition of Akkermansia and Ashwagandha is a smart touch for gut and stress support. I have no clue as to why, but when I take the serving size and fall asleep as per instructions, I get very very horrible nightmares. Some have been weirder than others but mostly all very vivid and lucid. No real effects of curbing cravings but it does help me get to bed faster. May as well take a melatonin at this point.

This product made my ankles swell the next day and I have no health problems, none. 100 bucks down the drain.

Seems legit

This product is supposed to help curb late night cravings, help the production of a GLP hormone, and help overall weight loss. I am postmenopausal and started this about two weeks ago, and I am getting much better sleep and I am not grabbing handfuls of junk food at midnight anymore. I am definitely seeing a difference in my sleep patterns, my eating patterns, and the way my body feels. I am so glad that I tried this supplement.

I am over the moon that I finally find a product that could help me with my late-night snacking. This also gives me great appetite control through the whole day! I am sleeping better at night also. Oh, and it's hard for me to lose weight (I am in my 50's) but this is really doing the job for me 100% !

The GABA is supposed to make me sleep better, but I've found since taking this at night, I actually wake up 4-5 hours later, wide awake and my sleep quality isn't that great. Love the concept, but not at the sake of losing sleep. I do take the day formula and love that, so I may just add the night to the day.
