LG V20 LS997 Titan - Sprint

All-Out Mobile should know better than to sell Sprint phones. (As I discovered after paying $229.) Once a Sprint phone is paired to a SIM card, it can never be paired with a different SIM card, even if your original SIM card becomes corrupt (as mine had).This phone was a dead player from the start, refusing to accept my original SIM card from the same model phone (LG V20 LS997). A new SIM card from Sprint/T-Mobile did not work either. ( I know all this from spending a total of 7 hours over the course of 3 days on my land line talking with Sprint/T-Mobile techs in the Philippines).When I called All-Out Mobile in Texas, a huffy woman answered. After lecturing me about my situation (basically, that I was guilty of ignorance about Sprint's built-in obsolescence), she told me they could do nothing for me, even after I told her a bad review would be coming her way.It boils down to this lesson learned: you can only buy a working Sprint/T-Mobile phone from Sprint / T-Mobile. And even if you take it to a T-Mobile dealer to get the SIM card replaced, they just hand your phone back to you and say, "too bad, man."As for those used phones that find their way to places like All-Out Mobile for refurbishing, these are taken in via giant lots that refurb companies like All-Out Mobile bid on in bulk. When Sprint phones are in that pile, they check them out and resell them, knowing full well they'll never be placed into service.Shame on All-Out Mobile for passing these phones off as legit, and shame on Sprint (now T-Mobile) for enabling the scam to happen in the first place.Update: since posting this review, All-Out Mobile has reached me through the Amazon portal via email. They keep asking me for my phone number in order to take the complaint process off-line and out of the official Amazon seller / buyer arbitration channel. I have refused that offer to preserve my privacy and the record of our back-and-forth. At the present time, All-Out Mobile refuses to entertain any kind of amealioration through the approved channel.

I ordered the LG V20 Sprint locked phone. It came as discribed in the conditions. I had to get a new sim card from sprint and had them connect service at the store. Just so you know you can NOT use your old sim card. The phone is in great condition and works flawlessly. I have had no issues at all witch is awesome. It looks brand new. When you buy one of these make sure you select the buying options so you can read about the condition of the phone you buy before making your purchase as the condition varys. That way you can pick the phone you want. Otherwise it may not be in a condition your happy with. I'm very happy with this phone. The V30 is $400 and the V40 is almost $1,000 and there is no way the upgrades are worth that kind of money. The V20 has an awesome camera and works great. And is better than the Samsung Note in my book. That used to be my go to phone. I highly recommend this purchase. Great product. Thanks for saving me $$$!

The LG V20 is the last of the LG V series where you can change your battery yourself. This is a huge advantage over the "permanent" batteries that LG went to. These are great phones, large screen, top of the line features and I got this used one used for cheap. The reason I gave it only (3) stars is because this particular phone was damaged (the camera glass was badly scratched) and the description on Amazon did NOT mention this major issue. In addition the battery it came with would only run for a couple hours. I had to leave for vacation the day it arrived, so had to stop at a retailer and buy a battery. My vacation photos were not as nice because of the scratched camera glass.

I replaced my old samsung with it. Camera is wonderful especially if you're into photography. Battery is replaceable and lasts my day. Only complaint about hardware Is that the screen gets burn in when you use an app for a long period of time.However the preinstalled apps are something I hate. It comes preinstalled with Facebook, and Amazon's set of apps. It's the older Amazon that they're removing so you'd be stuck with it unless you find a way to remove it. Aside from carrier and preinstalled apps, its good, but I just can't express how much I hate having apps I can't remove.

I was planning on using this exclusively as a high resolution music player and streamer, though the great screen and camera have roped me into doing a lot of other phone and photo things, too. My eyesight is getting a bit weak for my iPhone 6 and its much smaller screen. Music sounds great with the quad ESS DAC, and the phone can drive my bigger headphones, though I usually give it help. I added a 400 GB microSD card, so I can bring along a lot of music, even at 24 bit, 96 kHz or higher resolution. Great deal!

This is one of my favorite phones that i have owned it ran great and had all the features i wanted including an infered sensor so you can use ur phone to basically control any thing that has a remote with ur phone.

This is a very good phone ONCE you get help from your local store to find a SIM card specifically for your phone! So beware of that... Not necessarily an easy task. I had ordered one from my service provider and it still wasn't correct. So be prepared for a possible nightmare getting a SIM card that meets your phone's requirements.

The company did a great job of packaging the phone. It was nicely secured in the box. It came with a Sprint Sim card already (brand new). The phone and charger were in excellent shape. I previously had a LG V20 and loved it. But the phone was damaged beyond repair. This phone works better than my old phone and is in perfect condition. It works smoothly with no issues. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
