A Very Pleasant Surprise
I bought this to add a bit of zing to cocktails and what a Martini this makes. What I didn't plan on was the gentle nature of the bitter back note which makes it great for cooking. It is intensely lemony so adding a bit of lemon with just a slight bitter edge to foods is very easy. I just cooked some pears in spiced, sugared water and added some of this and wow! What a difference. Compared to Angostura, this isn't bitter. It's more like a properly-hopped IPA by comparison. Good stuff!

One of Fee Brothers Best Bitters
I find Fee brothers bitters to be hit or miss, with some actually being cocktail "ruiners" that severely detract from otherwise good drinks (I'm looking at you, Fee Bros. Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters). That said, these lemon bitters are a definite "hit", and have become a permanent fixture in my bar cabinet. They add a pleasant kick to cocktails such as martinis, and are even able to cut through mixer-heavy highballs and noticably enhance taste and complexity. Without being overwhelming.Try them in this Tom Collins and you'll never go back to your old recipe: -- 2oz gin, 1oz simple syrup, 3/4oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, 3 dashes Fee bros lemon bitters, top up with club soda.

FEE BROTHERS MAKE TERRIFIC AND VARIED BITTERS!
All I can say is that I love FEE BROTHERS various beverage products. They have an amazing line of flavored Bitters. Bitters are terrific if you've never tried them. Most folks know only Angostura Bitters but there are a wide variety of them. Don't think of them just for alcoholic cocktails but also for non-alcoholic beverages and drinks, sauces, salad dressings, baking and cooking applications. My first experience with FEE BROTHERS was their Orange, Peach and Mint Bitters which I bought a few years ago. I really enjoyed them and found them quite versatile in bar and kitchen. The Lemon Bitters are no less terrific than the previously mentioned ones, as are the Cherry and Cranberry (which I've also tried). There is one caution with the Lemon Bitters,...due to the action of the lemon oil in the bitters on the inside plastic "dash/dropper" cap, it becomes loose & can easily fall off when shaking drops of Bitters. I sadly did not look before dashing a few drops into a cocktail shaker and suddenly I found a good 1/3 of the bottle in my cocktail shaker because the cap came off. You either have to use a dropper or carefully hold the cap on the bottle when you shake a few drops. I E-mailed FEE BROTHERS and they wrote me that they were aware of the inner cap problem and were working on it. They then sent me a new bottle of Lemon Bitters and a complimentary bottle of their Cranberry Bitters. I was really impressed with their promptness and thoughtfulness in sending me not only the replacement but the free bottle of the other Bitters. Top notch product and company.

Nice bitters for lemon drop martini
First bottle arrived damaged but customer service was wonderful. They shipped another priority mail and came quickly. The bitters are a nice lemon addition for lemon drop martini and would be good in many other cocktails.

I love most bitters
I like this bitters especially when I cannot get ahold of citrus. It happens, especially after those cold snaps in the south the past 2 years. I had these sent to my mom's before visiting so that we'd have something besides Angostura bitters and Dandelion bitters. I appreciate Fee brothers' range of bitters. There are so many more out there, I could easily spend my wages on just bitters, but then what would I put the bitters into?
