I was gifted this exact humidifier and I liked it enough that I bought another one for a different room. I like that it's a tower style so that it doesn't take up much floor space. I don't find the water difficult to fill. The timed mode is a good feature. The warm doesn't truly create warm steam. The low mode is pretty strong in my opinion; I wish it wasn't as strong because I'm not sure my hardwood floors can withstand so much humidity.To prevent microbial or mold growth, I use PureGuardian GGHS15 AquaStick Antimicrobial Humidifier Treatment. I use PureGuardian FLTDC20 humidifier Demineralization Filter, Cartridge #2 to prevent calcium powder coating the surfaces of my room. I bought these two items from Amazon as well.Tldr: it's a humidifier that works.

This humidifier is just what I needed. I purchased 3 different humidifiers since we have a wood burning stove and electric heat. This was the first to arrive and that night I got the best nights sleep! Great options and the essential oil tray was a nice added bonus! My only regret is not ordering another one...a different brand I bought needs to be refilled so freaquently that it does not stay on all night. I love that I can set this up and know it will last 12 hours on the highest setting. It’s tall sleek design is perfect for sticking in the corner of my room.

It’s quiet, it’s big, it’s a ok to fill, but a little of a pain to clean.

This stupid thing continues to leak everywhere. I tried chalking it up to "user error" and am now super careful when placing the tank back on the base, but nothing seems to make a difference. It worked great for about a week, and the essential oil tray is a really nice perk, but the whole thing is garbage the way it leaks. My return window has expired - I will gladly change my rating if the manufacturer wants to get in touch with me to make this right.

It works well

Purchased a humidifier manufactured by Guardian and was so impressed I bought a second. BIG MISTAKE! A stainless steel screw was missing over a piece to prevent customers from being burned. I requested they send a screw so I could fix it and was told one was on the way. It never arrived. I contacted them again and was told they couldn't send it due to legal requirements, which was not correct. I went and bought a darn screw. I should have returned the units and regret not having done so. But, I will never again buy anything they make.

Pros:- remembers the settings after refill, pretty much plug-n-play tank- big tank, lasts days on lowest setting- pretty powerful on HIGH setting, reaches desired humidity in a medium-sized room- quiet and has NO annoying lights (auto-shutdowns all lighs after some time you don't touch it)Cons:- NO BUILT-IN HYGROMETER, therefore your room easily can go above the desired humidity, causing problems- Warm mist is not so warm, and have only one setting.

The media could not be loaded.  Is not bad stuff .. the one thing I’m not happy . Have said cook and warm mist.. there’s no warm must and box package was torn half when I got .it seems it was returned from other clients. I have no time to return so still using it with cool mist setting only

Warming function didn't seem to work very well, especially if used on the highest misting speed. This thing could barely increase the humidity in my 550 sq ft condo unit, increasing it by a measly 7% (from 21 to 28).

It is quieter than our previous humidifier, greater capacity so less frequent filling and no filter to change. Only disappointing thing so far is seals don't see very good because water is always dripping out when carrying to the sink to fill.

This is great keeps the static from my hair s ln eepong better it truly is an amazing product I would recommend it
