Simpler Times. Oldschool Texting. Good Size, Though A Bit Thick. Overly Strong Protective Flap.
I’m so excited to be moving away from using a smart phone. I simply don’t want any of that noise in my life anymore, as a hardwired home PC can deliver all the internet I need or want. No more apps, no more online connectivity, no digital ID, no transactions, and oh yeah, no more GPS. My car isn’t smart either, so it’s back to printing maps off of mapquest for me. Nice! The primary functions this phone does have are talking, texting, flashlight (interesting, since that’s more of a modern phone feature), FM and radio. Texting is oldschool, so there’s no keyboard, meaning you have to often press different numbers multiple times to cycle thru the available letter. Very brief texts – check! The phone itself is larger than the phones of yesteryear that it mimics, so all of the buttons are easily visible. It’s really not much smaller than a modern smartphone, but it’s quite a bit thicker. Still, it’s not overly heavy. Each button provides a satisfying feedback click. At the bottom, it’s got one of those rubber flaps that you have to pop out with a fingernail to access what’s underneath (a replacement flap is included), but it’s so thick and stiff that I can’t manage to pop it out with my very weak fingernails; they simply bend backward or break right off. I have to use a tool, which is unfortunate, since it provides access to the charge port and headphone jack, areas that require frequent access. Besides the extra cover flap, other items included are some fair instructions, a neither short nor long charge cable whose USB-C end plugs into the phone and whose USB-A end plugs into a power source, a wall outlet adapter for the USB-A end of the charge cable, and an extra battery besides the one pre-installed.

Works fine
REVISED: Works as advertised. Be sure to check the battery upon arrival as it has tape over the connectors to avoid discharge while in transport. The spare does not. I thought I received a defunct product, alas, I was wrong.

A Reliable, No-Frills Phone for Simple Communication!
If you're looking for a basic, easy-to-use phone without all the distractions of modern apps, this is an excellent choice. It's designed primarily for making phone calls and sending texts, making it perfect for those who want a break from smartphones or need a reliable backup device.Texting is done the old-fashioned way—using the number keypad, where you press each number multiple times to get to the desired letter. It may feel nostalgic for some and a bit of a learning curve for others, but it keeps things simple and straightforward. This phone is compatible with T-Mobile SIM cards and works reliably on their network. It’s slightly larger than older models, mainly due to its thickness, which actually gives it a durable and sturdy feel. It brings back memories of classic Nokia phones—rugged, dependable, and built to last. The screen is small but surprisingly clear and easy to read. One of the standout features is the built-in flashlight, which is bright and very handy—something the original basic phones never included.Overall, this is a great choice for anyone wanting a simple, durable phone that focuses on the essentials. Whether you're not tech-savvy or just want a break from constant notifications, this phone delivers everything you need with no unnecessary extras. I'm very satisfied with its performance and reliability.

Appears well made. Very large font, odd error from T-Mobile
Was looking for a simple phone that the kids could use, and so far this one fits the bill. It's larger than I had expected, but that's not necessarily bad (it does seem a bit awkward for younger kids to hold though as a result). Some observations so far:1. As soon as it connected to T-Mobile, I got an automated SMS saying that the phone wasn't fully supported and that coverage and data speeds may be limited. This was a bit concerning given that the listing for the phone said that only T-Mobile was supported, and now T-Mobile itself was saying that it wasn't fully supported.2. There's no way (that I could find) to reduce the font size.3. Maybe my T9 skills have just been lost, but I couldn't find any way to capitalize letters on this. Typically you'd keep tapping the same key to rotate between the letters and case of the letters, but on this phone, every tap adds a new letter. The phone audio works fine for both mic and receiver. This really just met the needs that I was looking for.Unexpected surprises - this includes a spare battery, a spare dust cover for the charging port, and both a USB cable and a charging brick. All of those things are rather unusual for modern cell phone purchases.I'm knocking the stars down primarily due to the error message from T-Mobile about the phone not being fully supported, as I ultimately don't know what limitations the phone is going to have.

Solid and reliable emergency phone
This old fashioned phone is actually the best phone than smartphones. This really brings back memories. I remember I had my first nokia keypad phones like almost the same like this phone. It is rugged and I liked the old fashion phone. It has a great quality and if it falls, the screen will not shattered. The sound quality is great and it is very easy to use. The flashlight is bright. This could be perfect for an emergency phones but only if it gets the right connection because it says for T-mobile only but I bought a T-mobile card and followed the instructions but I could not get a connection. I tried to figure it out what did I do wrong because I couldn't get it connected. It could be that we are in a bad area?! I don't know. And also I am not sure if this is an unlocked phone because if it is I probably will try buying another carier to see if it works. And also, there are 3 sd card slots. I don't know if I could put another sim card for another carier and see how it works. And one more thing, this phone is also nice and perfect for kids phone if you parents doesn't want to buy a smartphones for your kids. This is a perfect phone but the camera is not that great.
