Works like it’s supposed to
So I have had TMJ for as long as I can remember. I have used so many mouth guards and for the most part they worked. They always seemed to have the hard bottoms witch ends up hurting my jaw more because I also clench my jaw at night, which flares up my TMJ more. I have looked for a very long time and stumbled across these. I really like this mouth guard. It really allows you to form for the most comfortable fit and once heated it’s really moldable. You can cut it down but I did notice it tends to shrink a bit when put in the water. I like that it came with three guards. I think for the second one, when I mold, I am going to try and thin it a bit more around the front it’s still a bit bulky for my smaller mouth lol. Other than that I would highly recommend if you clench you jaw or if you grind your teeth. It’s really durable. Trying to see how long it will last with how bad I clench my teeth but it’s been about a month and still going strong.

Thin, hard to mold, small
Upon opening, I realized that the bottom of the mouthpiece is as thin as the sides; as I intended to use these for TMJ, this was bad news. However, it did come with 3 mouthpieces, so I figured I could just mold another when I ground my teeth through the first one.I originally followed their directions for heating water and the mouthpiece to a T. That didn't work (it would hardly mold), so I did it again. Same result. Finally stuck the sucker in boiling water for like 30 seconds and it got nice and soft and molded well...And then I realized that my back molars are not even a little covered--the tray only reaches halfway through my second to last molars.So I'm not too pleased, but I did get it to mold pretty well, so I'll probably go through all three of these in a month and then definitely buy something different.

It is not easy to get a guard made
Takes a little thought and planning to obtain a really good result. Plan before you begin. Important to remove it from hot water in order to get best results.

Good product... I messed up fitting the first one, but luckily 3 come in a package so I had an extra chance to get it right... Still have a spare as well now. Totally worth it to stop grinding down my teeth at night

Great value and a great product! Got them quickly once ordered and love them. We used to have to spend $30 on one and now we are getting a better value with extra mouth guards as well! We will be ordering again!
