Excellent Phone, Fabulous Call Quality
I've been looking to replace my old Nokia 6190 for a long time. It's the first cell phone I bought in 1999. Yes, it is that old and it still works.I never liked any of the phones sold by T-Mobile. They felt like cheap, plastic phones with tiny buttons and the call quality was horrible.I purchased this phone based on the reviews that emphasized the call quality. The day I received this phone I took the SIM chip out of the 6190, popped in the W300, and was up and running.I don't use the camera, recording, FM radio, or any other features. I'm concerned about the call quality. The Nokia 6190 was very good and I had no complaints. With the W300, the call quality is equal to a regular telephone handset.Battery life has been excellent. I'm very happy with this phone.

Great phone with a few fallbacks
I've had my W300i now for about 3 months. Here's my list of positives and negatives of this phone...+ Great Bluetooth pairing and reception. It was very easy to figure out and pair my first ever Bluetooth device with this phone. The Bluetooth also seems to work beyond the 30 ft range.+ I've experienced better reception and fewer dropped calls with this phone versus my last phone.- The keys are extremely hard to find reliably especially if you have big fingers like me. I'm always hitting mulitple keys accidentally.- Turning on the speakerphone during a call is at least a three step process. My old phone was just one key. This is stupid.+ Very lightweight.- Did not come with an English manual and shipping company still has not provided one in spite of saying they would months ago.

Caution regarding keypad
The phone's features and performance are fine, but I have a major issue with the keypad design. Becuse of the flush, round, overlapping keypad buttons, I constantly misdial this phone, and find it near impossible to dial accurately one-handed. My hands are relatively large, so this may not be a problem for some users. I do not think this isssue is due to lack of manual dexterity on my part, as my prior phone was a Motorola with a standard keypad design, and I never had a problem with dialing. If you're interested in this phone, especially if your hands/fingers are larger than average, I encourage you to test dial before buying.

Great phone, but not a good camera.
I have had this phone for over a month and have had no problems with it. Don't expect to take great pictures with this phone. It will do if you don't have a good camera available. The radio and mp3 players works well. My only complaint is that you have to have the ear phones in if you want to listen to the radio.

Great Phone
You do not need the ear phones to listen to the radio, just insert the hands free section of your ear phones, make sure to unplug the ear phone jack from the hands free section, click right menu key for more then scroll to "Turn On Speaker" you should now hear the radio just fine without the ear buds. This phone is Awesome, just love this phone!

Older cell phone
I was told the unlocked, name-brand phone I ordered from Hassle Free Cell would not have a warranty. They suggested I buy a warranty through them for 2 yrs. @ an additional $25.00 cost. The cell phone I ordered did not work right at all. I bought a new, name-brand battery. The phone soon quit working despite the battery being charged. When I tried to file a claim under my warranty, I was told that it was still covered by the manufacturer, and also that the warranty wouldn't cover the phone since I'd had it less than 30 days. I called the warranty company, CPS, and told them the phone came with no warranty. CPS was very nice, and informed me that since it was a name-brand phone (Sony Ericsson) from a large company, they were sure the company would stand behind its product and fix my problem. When I contacted Sony Ericsson, they did, in fact, stand behind their phone, and told me where to send it for repairs or a replacement. When I read the date code on the phone's tag to customer service, I was told "that phone is out of warranty" (which I took to mean, it's an old phone!) I was advised to include my receipt with the phone, and it would be fixed. So, Hassle Free Cell sent me a poorly working phone, and also mis-informed me about the "no warranty" thing, just to try and sell me a warranty plan that it sponsored. I would recommend dealing with everyone, but be aware about Hassle Free Cell.
