Too Big for 10yr old
Bought for son's 10th birthday it was supposed to be same size as his twin brothers bike but only after unpacked and assembled did it become clear it was to large for him. Altho he will grow it is still upsetting as it was ordered for 10yr old

Cheap, and it shows
Bought this bike to supplement my road bike, for use on rough 'leisure' paths' around the local area . On the plus side it is pretty comfortable over uneven tarmac, potholes etc. - no more bruised backside! On the other hand it really isn't a good quality bike. OK it's heavy but that's to be expected for a full suspension steel framed bike. However, the brakes and gears were very difficult to adjust correctly, and the brakes are still noisy and the gears are still very vague in operation. Almost impossible to use the full range of gears without the chain rubbing badly on the change mechanism, or even coming off altogether. Very annoying.... (And I am an experienced cyclist, so I do know what I'm doing when adjusting gearsets)I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap bike to potter around the local park or whatever then this one is fine - but I wouldn't recommend for anything like commuting or going long distances.

Super fast delivery!
We are going through a vile pandemic and we're on lockdown, so I wasn't at all expecting such a speedy delivery! Arrived well ahead of time and by days! I was also slightly unsure of the size of the bikes, as some comments suggest that it is more of a kids bike - well i'm here to say NOPE. Great size bike for a fully grown adult. One can adjust the height of the handle bar and seats to suit anyone up to 6ft. The bikes feel very sturdy and were a doddle to put together. We bought two of these bikes and can't wait to do our daily allowance of exercise. Thumbs up for looks and feel of the bikes - I'll update this once we have taken them for a spin. Thank you seller :)UPDATE: So after a few tweaks (performed by my partner after I almost broke a pair of brand new bikes), we took them out for a ride this morning. Lovely ride and the suspension is very responsive. It proper kicks in when you have a real go and step on that pedal. All round good buy :)

Heavy bike, easy to assemble (once you figure the instructions are of no use).
This mountain bicycle is nicely made. Robust and it's good value if you pay under £200. Unravelling the packaging from Amazon (or the partner site it may be trading through) is a game of military deployment to give the Duke of Wellington a run for his money. When you finally get through the packaging [without severing an artery (one can take from this, it comes very, very well-packaged) - I actually ripped a nasty cut in my hand from the industrial staples allover the place - so wear gloves. I mean that!], you find a frame with its back wheel, derailer and chain already assembled. Handle bars nicely packaged (again with industrial strength staples and odd bits of rigid card packaged around them). Watch out for stubby black plastic stoppers in places that need to be removed. When all parts are free of cardboard, zip ties and other Amazon-type over-packaging, you are best placed to put all the parts on a lawn or patio (as I did with my 68-year-old dad, who was also, at times, as baffled as I was with the weird packaging), while you try to read the instructions, which, in all honesty, aren't the best, when you finally discover the English page. You will tinker and fiddle, fit the seat and handlebars and finally the front wheel. When complete, it's a half-decent, if very heavy, mountain bike. It's obviously made of steel. That has its advantages, as it's weight can make it a nippy little vehicle, but it can often be sluggish to ride. An aluminium frame would have benefited this bike, but I guess costs got in the way. The suspension is pretty amazing. Front and rear. It bounces away happily up kerbs (only place I've tested it is streets and kerbs) and the Shimano gears are as slick as one would expect from such an established company. On the whole, it's a good quality, if a little heavy, bicycle. With it being winter and Covid-19 sending off-road country treck type excursions on their bike, I've had little opportunity to properly put it on the road. The tyres came partially inflated and I pumped them up shortly after I received the bike and they have remained inflated. It's not a poor bike, but once Lockdown is over I will take it to Halfords for a tweak. The back brake rubs when I push the bicycle or ride slowly and no matter how much I fiddle with the brake at the back, it never improves. I losen it, I have no squeak, but poor brake traction. I tighten it, brakes are fine but I get the squeak. My dad says I need to 'wear the brake pad down', but in all honesty, if this is the same on all models, it's a star-losing review factor.

Worse thing I've ever bought
This bike is ridiculous!! Nothing but trouble from the minute I took it out the box! Wheel came bent, pedal keeps falling off now the derailer has completely bent and snapped the cog for the gears. Asked for a refund they sent somebody out for the bike but refused to take because its up and built? Can't send it back as the box is now in the bin like who actually keeps a box as big as that? I'm so annoyed with this company

Good 4 the price
It came in time, but I had a lot of problems with the bycicle. It throws the chain and the back brake random hold the wheel.
