A good quality engine paint. It’s a good representation of Ford engine blue. I brushed this for my particular application and it worked really well with little to no brush marks. Very quick drying. If able spraying would make coverage of a large surface easier. One can (quart) should easily cover an entire engine.

Painted a small Mopar small block, applied it with a 2” brush went on very easy and dried quickly, allowing for any touch ups, make sure the painted surface is clean and grease free, vey durable drying to a hard finish.

Good product, coat went on smooth and solid, looks fantastic!!…would buy again!!

Works well on my inboard marine boat engine. This gave off such strong fumes for days while it cure, had to leave my boat. Brush off surface rust, then used an engine primer, and then I painted on this motor coating with a hand brush (3 coatings). It was thin enough and looked almost like the original from the Catterpillar. It's been over a year now and everything has held up nicely.

I bought this small can, and as advertised it was enough to repaint the entire engine. Cleaned engine w acetone. Primed w Rustolium “rusty-metal primer” from HD on everything but the heads. Used KMS hi-temp (gray) primer on the heads and exhaust manifolds. Will paint the heads w the blue and hope they do not discolor due to exhaust ports are part of exhaust system on my ‘62 Pontiac Grand Prix # matching 389 4bbl. Will leave exhaust manifolds the primer gray color. No paint. Won’t know how it lasts until the car is back on the road for a year. So far, great product. Cleans up w acetone, or lacquer thinner. Key: stir often! Also, if applied too thick it will run and drip.

Brushed on easy and levels out nicely. Just be sure to use light coats on flat surfaces like oil pans it will sag.

I have painted motorcycle engine block and frame using small finner brush. Surface was glossu black and was positively surprised when was dry. The paint is very strong. You have to use gloves all the time. I have painted my muffler with using spray gun and air compressor setted at 150 psi. Had to add 10% of lacothinner to be able to push it throu the gun.I like the product and self leveling cheracteristic really works!! Try to paint some metal with brush and see yourself.
