This is clearly answered in the product details. As with any prime item you cannot specify a preferred delivery date (other than same day or standard prime).

Q: Do these flowers come with any filler

No fillers, but the quality is down now a days.

Q: It has been 4 days now, and only 4 of the buds have opened. I have followed directions regarding cutting stems & water, etc. Will they bloom??

Absolutely. Give it a week and they should start to bloom nicely! The ones we received recently opened after 5 days and lasted 2 weeks

Q: How big is the vase in case I want to get a different one?

11" high and 5" diameter at the opening. The flowers were a huge disappointment, buds brown and shriveled. I previously had ordered them and they were perfect. Not this time.
