I was a bit disappointing not as good as I thought it would be

The DVD had 3 films all of exceelent quality on it at a Bargain price. It was delivered in good condition very quickly.

I decided to buy these films on a whim and hope they were good. Vanity fair is long and boring - not worth watching. But the other 2 are enjoyable and I have watched them both several times.

Bought this 3 DVD set because Shakespeare in Love is one of my favourite films. The other 2 DVDs were just an added bonus especially considering the price. Vanity Fair was OK, the plot line jumped a bit here and there but it was basically about climbing the social ladder, which I guess is still present to this day. Marie Antoinette was a bit better, full of the decadence of that era... think lots of lovely frocks, parties, and cake! It is also quite a sad story line and the story draws you in. I was thinking I must plan a fancy dress party and soon...Shakespeare in Love is amazing and Gwyneth's performance couldn't have been better... if you love Romeo and Juliet ...you will definetly enjoy this film.

This small box set was purchased for my two young teenage daughters who have watched and enjoyed each of the three films, although I think my wife may have enjoyed them more!
