Seems fine.
Didn't have a problem with short screws like the previous reviewer. Not the highest quality (there are slight gaps between pieces of metal where they've been folded together but not joined), but nothing to complain about. There are 19 parts, screws, end caps etc, so its a bit more fiddly to assemble than necessary. The U shaped piece of metal for the loo roll can be assembled to point to the right or the left.

Great looking product, BUT . . . . .
Looks good, nice and weighty so wont slide around. However, the screw for the brush holder is too short so cannot reach the nut welded on the holder. This also means that if you are lucky enough to have a longer bolt then it will be too long and will hang below the base. I had to saw a stainless steel bolt down, a bit of a pain. Others may not be able to do that and have to return the product!

Over a few months the screws became loose and it rusted :(
Not the best set, it does look great but it's not as fit for purpose
