I had a little trouble getting it set up initially, but there are directions easily found online and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I wanted a wireless streaming device and decided to go with this unit. It has great streaming power. It came with a great remote with a full keyboard that is very useful. It also has a microphone function if you don’t feel like typing. The app stores are great. You can find about anything you are looking for. I think this device is a great value.

Worked well at first but as time went on always more glitching and it kicks you out of the page often(it’s easy to get back in but still is annoying) and just overall not reliable

I was really surprised by how much value this TV box offers for the price. The picture quality is sharp, with vibrant colors and smooth playback, even when streaming in 4K. Color is extremely cool & came w/ all accessories listed. The keyboard/controller is so handy. Instructions is easy to follow. I put it into use immediately, created my shortcuts already...

Picture freezes up and goes back to the Homescreen very often. And it’s not my internet speed, have absolutely no issues with my other streaming devices. Hopefully there will be an update that will remedy this. Overall still worth the money.
