A great little set with great detail for such a small item.Packaged perfectly, like its come straight from a shop.Nothing was damaged.Its all just adorably cute and I want more of this set.

I got this Sylvanian Families cake shop set, and it’s absolutely adorable. The level of detail is brilliant, from the tiny cakes and decorations to the working oven that ‘bakes’ sponge cakes by pushing them upwards. There are loads of little accessories like tongs, a tray, an icing bag, and even a tiny take-out box. The apron fits both adult and child figures, though the headband seems better suited to the smaller-headed ones.It’s worth noting that this is an add-on set and doesn’t come with any figures, so you’ll need to have some Sylvanians already. The pieces are quite small, so it’s not ideal for very young children, but for those who love setting up little scenes and imaginative play, it’s great fun. It’s a little pricey, as most Sylvanian sets are, but it’s well-made and fits perfectly with other buildings.

Super cute. Includes so many individual pieces for the cake shop and each one has a lot of detail and looks 'realistic' as much as it can. There are no figures included with this but it makes the shop completely perfect if you have that already. It can be used without the cake shop too and it would make a nice gift within itself as it has so many pieces its got loads of ways to use it. I am really happy with it and I think if you buy it you'd be really happy and like it. Remember though there isn't the rabbit with it included in the pack.

Sylvanian Families Village Cake Shop, only really usable if you already have some of the characters, as none are included.If your daughter (or son) is into Sylvanian Families, this would be a good gift.Yes, it's pricey for what it is, but it seems to be the standard price everywhere unless you buy secondhand.A nicely made, decent accessory if you collect these.

The media could not be loaded. The detail in this cake shop set is phenomenal. The oven has a knob for you to 'bake' the cake bases (it basically pushes the cake upwards). There are lots of cakes to assemble and you can mix and match the decorations. The mixer has the whisk part actually turn in an ellipse! Also included are a take out box that opens, tongs, tray, icing bag. The apron can fit adult and child figures, whilst the head piece best fits figures with smaller heads (e.git's better on the rabbit than the cat). Take care not to forget the clear drawers that fit into the Patisserie stand. I almost didn't see them in the packaging. I have an older version of the Red Roof Cosy Cottage but you can still turn that into a cake shop as the decorative parts fit the balcony and windows. A fantastic set that offers so much imaginative play.

This set is an add on to other Sylvanian Families sets, and as such isn’t a main building and doesn’t include any figures. This is ideal for my daughter though, who has several sets from the range already.The set is beautifully presented and laid out. It’s fiddly to get all the parts out of the box, as some parts are TINY. I wouldn’t recommend this set in a household with a baby or small toddler. It should certainly be kept safely away from very young children.The set is ideal for small hands. My daughter can spend hours arranging her cake shop display! It’s an excellent set for creative and imaginative play.Price wise, it’s what I’d expect of a Sylvanian Families set. It certainly offers a lot of play value thanks to the large array of items included. It would make a nice gift for a little girl for Christmas or birthday.
