This is a great pre-workout supplement. It's just 2 ingredients: 1000mg PeakO2 and 150mg ElevATP. There are 30 servings per container (2 capsules per serving) and the dosages align with published research.Both of these ingredients have been studied and shown exercise-related benefits, with ElevATP being especially interesting as it's been shown to enhance power output and training volume. PeakO2 is also interesting and has shown to increase stamina and oxygen capacity, but I believe it takes a few weeks to take effect. The 150mg dosage of ElevATP is excellent, though with PeakO2, the recommended dosage is actually up to 4000mg per day, making the 1g dosage good but sub-optimal.I'm also still not sure if PeakO2 has any benefits over other mushroom supplements. For example, I imagine that 1000mg+ cordyceps per day would have similar or better benefits but this may not be the case.I haven't noticed any significant effects since starting to take this, but the research is promising and these are both high quality clinically studied ingredients. It's a far better and healthier preworkout than your typical caffeine-loaded supplement.

I have been lifting weights for almost 20 years at this point, so I have taken my fair share of supplements too. This bottle says :muscle builder" but in reality, it should be labeled as a muscle building enhancer. It doesn't contain protein, and fundamentally protein is needed in order to build muscle.So, with that out of the way, I still would say I like this supplement! I feel like I do have more of a pump (veins are more apparent in arms), and I do see myself pushing one or two reps more than normal (creating more muscle fatigue which probably turns into more growth).This is slightly different than other supplements I have taken with a slew of mushrooms as ingredients, along with other naturally available compounds that my other supplements don't include. I haven't researched how all of these play into muscle building and endurance, but the subtle effect it had on me makes me think there's a benefit.These pills aren't too large, and I don't burp up the contents within 20 minutes. They sit well in my stomach.I would recommend being careful with adding this to your current pre-workout supplements, make sure you're not overlapping ingredients. However, you should be fine because this doesn't contain caffeine from what I can tell.Overall, it is a quality supplement that includes a variety of natural ingredients. You will still need some protein to actually build muscle (unless you get enough through your standard diet) but it is still a great sidekick!

It might just be placebo, but I have noticed a small change in muscle size/growth after taking these for a couple of weeks before workouts. The difference is minor, and there isn’t much hard evidence supporting direct muscle growth with the ingredients found in these capsules, Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, etc, but there is some backing to show things like this help with oxygen utilization which could lead to longer endurance during your workouts. Things like Ancient Peat and Apple Fruit Extract are shown to assist with ATP Production which can help with greater power output during weight training and of coursesSodium intake is always helpful for body to absorb and retain more of the fluid you consume.Overall, they might be worth a shot to see if they work for you and assist with muscle growth, but the results are likely going to be minor… still worth a shot.

With a lot of these I am unsure how to review. I didn't notice any particular difference taking it.It contains a variety of mushroom compounds. They are small and easy to swallow plus don't have any side effects I could detect.Did my stamina improve? Don't think so.Any change in muscle size? Can't see any.However these pills are priced well, and studies on mushrooms show a variety of improvements. Given all that I am giving these 3 stars, even though I did not see any benefits myself.

This Build muscle builder is a pretty good weight gainer. It might help with muscle growth. This is a great supplement for men and women.

I have been taking these capsules on workout days for several weeks now. They help me to get an extra workout pump, either slightly more weight, or another rep or two, or both. That is a BIG win.I take them about 30-45 minutes before I start my workout, and I only take them on days that I work out. This bottle has 60 caps and the suggested serving is 2 caps (which is what I take) so the bottle is 30 workouts worth for me.

i ordered this supplement to try to get away from the jitter inducing preworkouts that flood the market. this supplement is stated ti improve ATP production, support lean muscle growth, increase power output and edurance, as well as delay fatique. all these seem to help improve the performance at the gym. with this supplement suggesting 2 capsule per serbing with a cup of water 40-60 minutes before a workout, it's easy enough to take at work prior to leaving. there are a total of 30 servings per bottle and this supplement is made in a GMP certified facility within the USA. i wouldn't rely on just this supplement for workouts as if you want to build more stregth and muscles you could combo this with BCAAs, creatine and other supplements that are proven to help improve workouts, and muscle development. overall i would say this would be a good addition to any workout stack.

Easy to swallow, 2 capsules per serving. No tastes or side effects noticed. I feel good using this before and between workouts. I would get more of this supplement.
