Great plug and play for Real Fyre set
Had a Real Fyre conversion kit die and the cost of that replacement kit was hundreds of dollars. Plug and play from the old set. Build quality is great and works well.

Know what you need before ordering!
Controller works perfectly and is exactly what I needed for my style fireplace. I wish it had thermostat control. But otherwise perfect! Most remote ready mV controlled fireplaces use a dry contact. In other words, as long as the contact is closed, the valve is opened and the fireplace runs. The easiest way to test for this style is just to hold the wires together, or install a small jumper wire between the valve terminals.This is NOT that style control kit. This controller is needed for LATCHING valves. This style energizes a coil to latch/close the valve, and then energizes it again to unlatch/open the coil. And it works Perfectly for this type of valve!
