Great - though curser often doesn't work but navigation easy (even without curser)

Tv arrived ok, good picture and sound, output to sound bar was not great. Unfortunately mine has a fault, half the screen kept going dark, phoned LG they wanted to take it for repair that was going to take 2 weeks, so reurning for a refund. Had to fork out £50 for return shipping which amazon will refund but it’s still a nightmare as had to take a day off to wait for collection. Brought a Samsung instead, wow what a difference output to soundbar is better, menu system is better, and even control of sky is better.

you cannot beat this quality for the price.

Developed a problem with WiFi after 3 months. Lg took 6 weeks to repair it then the same problem developed again 3 months later. whenever I spoke to LG they gave impression they were attempting to dodge responsibility.

An ideal 49inch TV if you are in the market for one like I was. Done my research and of all the reviews I read this Tv came out top choice. Have to say I agree with the positive reviews, very pleased with my purchase. TV is stylish and featured packed. The extras I like are the quick access buttons for Amazon video and Netflix on the magic remote which ships with the TV. Google assistant built in, which is very handy in today's smart homes and the picture quality especially HD and 4K superb along with great sound. Only minor gripe is the guide not fast when loading on freeview play for the individual channels and finding a suitable USB stick that will allow me to record onto it. A superb LED TV at a great price.
