These lids fit and look awesome!! Very impressed especially for the price. Would definitely buy again if needed. Now if they keep the water out I will be extremely impressed!!

Good quality
Good fit. Speakers sound really good after install. As other reviews state, requires a few alterations. You have to drill the holes for the hinges and a few other things too. Still overall an easy install.

Great value that sounds AWESOME!
Pretty straight forward install besides the wiring connectors. If you're not familiar with what types of crimpers you'd need for the pins it would be difficult to understand how it goes together. The drilling for the mounting holes is pretty simple and easy to copy. Like others said one of the mounting holes for the lock cable assembly isn't there but it doesn't affect the operation of the lock at all. Also I like how they drilled a hole in the speaker housing that allows access to the back of the bolt that holds the lock lever in place. All of my friends love the look at sound it provides. I have 2 6.5" speakers installed on my lower fairings on my Road King but adding these 2 5x7" speakers in the lids makes a huge difference.

Great speaker lids! Great paint! (Good speakers)
First set I bought were scratched to hell and looked used. I sent those back and rolled the dice and bought a second set that look AMAZING!!! Great for the money! Look like Harley OEM CVO lids. The speakers in them were about the same as Harley speakers (not great, but not horrible) I blew them up, after a couple of weeks of use(not the speakers fault) I had them hooked up to a 1000 watt 4 channel amp, so they were getting WAY too much power, but I didn’t care as I was planning on upgrading the speakers to 6”x9”’s anyways. They probably would sound good with a lot less power like 60-80 watts per speaker.

These lids with 5x7 speakers are a great buy for the money if you price out the HD product. you will have to drill out some holes to fit the hinge and 1 mount tower is missing for the latch assy. (don't know why but it works with out it). the paint was great even though I sanded and painted them denim black. speakers added so much more to my system that part rocks! I would recommend pro install if you are not handy with tools. over all I'm very happy.
