The Amazon 'Rate Feature Options' for this device are an odd choice. Namely to grade out of 5 stars for Suction/Security Features/Adhesion - well that's an odd mix of decisions to make for a ball mount. Hence I gave three stars for each as that was the middle rating. Now for the more serious points: They are speedy to use, replace the need for using multiple other mounts in series and for most uses will be perfectly robust enough. Admittedly, I haven't snowboarded down a mountain with a camera strapped to my head, but I have used this attached to vehicles and it performed the task perfectly. So good, I bought several as a regular go to.

I bought this product as the was the item i needed for my situation and needs and is only thing i found that could work. I bought the product, however, it was missing the tool. the SUREWO team responded relatively quickly and sent out the missing tool. I was expecting it to arrive after a couple weeks as informed by SUREWO, however, was surprised that it arrived a week earlier than expected.While i did have an issue with missing item from my order, The product is perfect for my needs. its a solid product and is better than any plastic alternatives that have broke on me in the past. If your looking for a ball joint arm mount for your GoPro then you should consider this one. Not only is the product solid. the customer service from the SUREWO Team is too. very polite, patient, understood my disappointment and even took the time to add a little personal touch to send a hand written note along with the missing item from my order.

I like this item. I got it to fit my Gopro camera to the side of my kayaking helmet. It goes well with my other camera accessories and gives much more adjustment than the straight connections I had on before. The adjusting key is also really good as I found even when I previously only finger tightened the joints they would be really hard to loosen afterward and getting a good grip was difficult. The key allows me to tighten joints and release them with minimal effort. Well worth the price.

I bought the mount to attach it to a backpack clip, so the camera would point to the front and not to the side. But I got so much more than I expected. This little piece can reach any angle and is much more user friendly than 3 or 4-parts pivoting arms. It's very solid, made of aluminum. Recently I found out that it is great to open bottles of wine too, when you don't have a corkscrew. Use the handle to push them down. Lol

I am a commercial photographer and had to do a work-around on location recently. Despite having a whole box of GoPro adapter and mounts, most of them go up-down-left-right. Fine for most applications I guess. If you need to get a GoPro pointing directly at something then this is a great solution. Inexpensive, well made, strong - nice alloy spanner too.

Excellent product but be careful if using this with any mount or link that is made from metal because it won’t grip properly.

All metal, well made piece of kit. Works so many different angles. Iv bought it to mount a GoPro on a Harley Davidson and it works a treat.

Der Schwenkarm macht einen recht stabilen Eindruck.Mit dem Schlüsel läßt sich das Kugelgelenkordentlich anziehen!Zur Halbarkeit kommt ein späterer Kommerntar. Ich denke jedoch, da ich dieses Gelenk am Brustgurt einsetze, wird es wohl die Anforderung erfüllen.

La información del producto y su descripción está tan mal insertada que induce al comprador a error; esperas un soporte para poner en moto, bici u otro elemento y lo que recibes (ver foto 1) es una simple rótula, y que por cierto, cómo rótula está bastante limitada.La cabecera del producto del vendedor en Amazon dice literalmente: SUREWO - Soporte de Brazo Giratorio con rótula y Soporte para Manillar de Bicicleta (ver foto 2). Lo lamentable es que a pesar de mi reclamación al vendedor, aún sigue el articulo con su error en el anuncio. Lo cual, no lo recomendaría para nada.
