Very pretty, nice quality. I was excited for it but it is a bit too big. I usually size up in tops like this but it definitely isn't necessary. Looks like something from Loft.

This is the perfect work shirt. It's cute and classic. The tie front is a nice twist from your basic work shirts.As other reviewers have pointed out, it's a little flowy. I'm fine with that, but you should know about it since you're thinking about buying this. I got the black because I've streamlined my whole work wardrobe by only buying neutrals (everything matches!!). The tie front makes this interesting enough to wear with black pants without looking like the grim reaper.There are a few things worth pointing out. These don't bother me, but again, it's your money: > The neck hole a little tight. The bow has to be tied almost right at your neck. > The ties are long and heavy. You're going to spend all day tying and retying this shirt. It's going to get caught in your pants when you go to the bathroom. > The fabric is polyester. If you're prone to sweating or stinking, think about this very carefully.Overall, it's made its way into my workwear rotation. It washes well, dries a little wrinkly, but nothing a steamer can't fix. It looks great with black pants, or really dresses up a pair of jeans. And the price is right.

The shirt fits well everywhere but on the sleeves. It is a bit too tight on the buttoned sleeves. Be ware of this if your are a big girl.

The neck tie is a little long and, while it's part of the style, it weighs the front of the blouse down. I'll be altering it to make it a bit shorter. Additionally, I need to wear a camisole underneath as it's a little see-through for my taste, which might be related to my skin color. Others might not have this issue. Overall, it's a stylish and elegant addition to my work wardrobe.
