From my perspective this new state of the art massager works great with three different settings to add pressure to your knees thigh's and calf’s. Which by the way helps with your overall body functions and needs. With options such as auto, pinch, and press for these three areas of the legs as the legs are completely wrapped. I tired it for two days, the compression even on the lowest setting was painful. To be sure it wasn't the size of my legs, I had my son who is an athlete try it and he had a similar experience. Great concept but needs some fine tuning in my opinion.

After using them several times I can safely say that they are excellent for relaxing leg muscles and relieving cramps. They have three pressure modes, and several massage modes allowing you to choose between a foot, calf, thigh or full leg massage, with adjustable time settings. I love it
