I’ve noticed the changes this past few days I’m happy with the outcome and also comfortable to use it as well. But I make sure I’ve only eaten white food and drink plenty of water. No soda or coffee even chocolate, sauces.

Don't waste your money. It is a SCUM. You will get your teeth brither for a few hours only!!!! Then they will get the previous colours. There is no whitening ingredients in it.

They seem to be doing a good job. Can’t say they make them super white but definitely and improvement. Once you get the hand of getting them on they’re easy to use

3rd day of these and they started to really hurt my teeth.....like yowch....I had to pull them off quick and brush the product away.....they do taste good though ....before they hurt 🤣
