Poor mans dutch oven and perfect!
Bought 20mm and 100mm. Perfect for up to 700g dough. Pre heated pizza stone and didn’t pre heat the tins. Nice easy cold loading.Edit; have since slid these into a cold oven, and put on max for 45-55 mins then 10 with top off. Amazing. All I need now is to fold more to stop the occasional damn pancake.
