The shipment was really fast, next day delivery with prime, package came in perfect condition.I have a small tripod at home to made my videos for my Youtube channel but I really needed a flexible one with this characteristics without spend a fortune to making video when speaking on the street. I feel more secure handing my camera with tripod than without it, the grip is really good.I have to recognise that at the beginning was looking for the Gorillapod because many Youtubers got it but I didn’t want to pay that much so finally I decided for this one based on price/good feedbacks and couldn’t be happier. I‘ve been using it since September with my Canon G7X mark II daily and also for my holidays in Thailand and really met my needs because it seems very durable and useful.This is great camera equipment, good design, stable, well made, not bulky, lightweight, very robust and flexible at the same time, on the bottom rubbers to avoid slipping, it can handle a lot of weight everywhere.Also are included a phone clamp and an action cam adapter also with great quality.

I purchased the KobraTech Mini Tripod about two months ago for the purpose of making short videos on my youtube channel. It works great! It holds a good grip on my iphone 6s, stands up well on level and uneven surfaces, and the flexible legs allow one to wrap it around objects. In my case, I wrapped it around a baluster on a balcony railing. I also like that it's small, and easy to pack around. It comes with a Bluetooth remote, which initially I didn't care about, but later found it to be very useful. I was pleased with the KobraTech Mini until suddenly one of the legs broke off right where it connects to the ball joint. My heart sunk. I decided to let KobraTech know, with really no expectation. Found an email address at their site, sent a message, and Steve got back to me forthwith. A few days later I had a replacement! In conclusion, I'd say this is a good tripod. Too bad about the broken leg, but KobraTech took immediate, positive action, and I'm back in the game working on my next episode. Thanks Steve!

After receiving my original order without the bluetooth shutter, I was sent a replacement so I am updated my original 2 star review.The tripod: The flexibility is great, you can use it pretty much anywhere, and it's stable and grips great. The rubber feet keep it from sliding around. The only downside is my Nexus 6P did not fit in the holder (it might have it I forced it a little more but I didn't want to break it). I tested it with an iPhone 5 I had and it held it securely.The shutter remote: At first I was very discouraged that I had to download another camera app to use the remote. The app is very annoying playing a video with audio that cannot be skipped when you open it. It also has a ton of permissions that seem unnecessary for a camera app. After messing with it for awhile I realized that even though I have an Android phone (Nexus 6P) I can use the IOS button with the native Android camera app. I felt much better once I uninstalled the Camera 360 app.Overall, this product works and is compact and lightweight enough to carry with you.

**Updated Review**Wow, KobraTech has some LOVELY customer service! A few days after leaving my honest feedback regarding the tripod i purchased earlier this year, they contacted me and offered me a replacement! I got the replacement in the mail just a few days later and the difference in the product was 100% evident as soon as I opened the packaging (I confirmed with KobraTech that they updated the product to improve quality)! The replacement was heavier and sturdier. The ball joint that I had such problems with previously was now metal and was extremely secure in the joint! No more phone falling out! the legs that had broken on the last tripod moved easily in the ball/socket joint which i'm hoping will prevent any issues of the legs snapping off. I felt confident enough to twist the legs around a vertical pole to do some filming and everything held in place as it should. Between the improved product and the awesome customer service, I'm updating my review and rating. For transparency i'm leaving the old review.(Previous Review--2 stars) I have used this tripod less than 10 times since I got it about 7 months ago and most of those in the last couple weeks.I had some problems with the ball joint just popping out of place even with the screw tightened completely from the get go (which was great the one time it happened when I tried to mount it on a vertical pole and my large Note 5 hit the concrete below after the ball joint failed--thankfully it survived with no damage to the phone just the case)--even sliding my phone into the holder it popped out of place fairly often. It was annoying but once I knew about it I could work around that issue without any major problems. So i've primarily used this just as a tripod (standing on a flat surface with three branched-out legs because i didn't trust twisting it on to something) and didn't use the bendy features of the legs more than a couple times. The last time I used this, i was simply spreading out the legs like usual when two of the legs broke off. The legs have a metal piece that fits into a plastic "slot" (no better word for it off the top of my head) and the plastic slot broke on two of the legs making it unusable as a tripod and not fixable with super glue or duct tape (gasp! i know!).Over the last 7 months (since i had issues with the ball joint), and since it broke, I have used the actual phone holder attached to my tripod and it's been great--very secure and easy to use with my tripod. Although that has worked out, having to drag my large tripod out to hold my little phone is a little bit annoying.

Great little device for filming youtube videos

So happy I purchased this, it's gotten a lot of use! No more stacking boxes awkwardly to take a photo, no more asking strangers that don't know how to use a camera. Super easy to use and very versatile. The only thing you need to remember is to hide the remote behind your back when you're snapping a photo, I forgot to do that a couple times, lol! I also enjoy that it's sleek and easy to pack in a suitcase. We will be bringing on all vacations!
