Because they are short they are good for ensuring a good fit.

These straps are ideal for wrapping round my garden furniture, that is covered, then anchored to the wall to stop it flying away in strong winds, strong, good stretch, perfect.

I always worry about using bungees but these there is no sharp hooks to worry about. The carabiner clip is vey strong and a nice size. The bungee material is also and has good resistance.

Good quality clips and cord

Some useful dimensions:- The elastic length is 22"- It's 27" between karabiners, rising to ~46" at full stretchThe karabiners work and don't feel like the spring is going to break after two seconds. I guess the most notable thing is the packaging: possibly overpackaged or just very nicely presented, depending your point of view. You get a nice cardboard box. Then you get a nice pouch made from some polyester-ish sort of material, with a tie-cord. Then finally you get a zip-lock bag with the four bungees insider. You don't get the ruler in the photo though.

I was pleasantly surprised when I open the packet. The cords feel good and look good quality.Unfortunately there is very little stretch in the bungee cords. I have had to use 4 instead of 2.

They're alright - they stretch to about double their size - they'll be useful for my tarp while camping, around a branch or double them up and use them around a medium sized tree trunk, idk..
