We purchased these for my father who was bed bound and doubly incontinent, the palliative carers said we'd made a good choice with this product. There were no leaks, the tabs stayed in place and they did not irritate his skin. Sadly my father passed away quite soon after purchasing but we gave the remaining pads to our district nurses who were more than happy to take them.

Great product. Fits well and is very convenient and comfortable. With the high absorption level, it puts me at ease when going out. My only criticism is this: Be mindful of wearing these overnight as in the lying position, they leak along the waistband area. This may be from moving around in the night and naturally the product will move with the user. In the day time however I have had no issues to date. They have been a god send. I would reccomend. Good value on a single purchase but reasonable also in a bulk buy capacity.

Will NOT.. purchase this item again ... last time they were fine, but so far with this pack out of three, the tapes are not holding,at all, been using Molicare's over the past few months with NO problems, ordered these for convenience as it meant not having to go to my local healthcare centre, however, from now on that's where I will be going no more of this product for me, I have a bladder problem and need to have that night time security, as I said these have been ok before but this pack has proved useless so far ...

I cannot really write a balanced review - these are pads NOT pants.I thought, because it says 'briefs on the pack, that they were pants, but NO. You can attempt to put them together at the sides, but that would be a difficult manoeuvre, unless you had assistance. The pack should state that they are DIY 'briefs'.

These seem to me like the ones my daughter used some time ago, with sticky fixers that can undo easily and a shiny outer rather than the velcro like fastening. But they do the job and delivery was excellent.

My Dad finds them better than other products for keeping dry

This is for my mother who is petite. This product just fits around the hips but is low hanging so may slip down. It is also too bulky for her. Could I have ordered the one suitable just for men?

Quite expensive but absorbancy is great, sometimes my nan says the elastic in the pad can cause quite discomfort...
