I ordered the Taevno vibration plate for myself to use for circulation and lymphatic drainage. I've been using it daily for 6 weeks now and am loving it! I tend to use it at the end of my work day after sitting for several hours and I feel great afterwards. I appreciate the quality and design of this particular vibration plate. It was easy to set up. There's suction cups on the base to secure it to the floor. I love the large base and feel there is ample room for my size 10 feet and 143 pound frame while I stand and hold onto the handles for support. There's programs 1-7 and I've worked up to level 5. The programs are vibrating different body parts as it automatically changes the vibration speed. I spent a lot of time reviewing all the models and reviews and must say I'm very happy with my purchase and the wellness benefits I'm experiencing.

I purchased the Vibration Plate at the suggestion of my doctor to help with circulatory issues. Though I haven’t had it very long, I have noticed a decrease in ankle swelling. A word of caution; until you get used to it, make sure to be near a wall if you have any balance issues. I’m very happy with design and build quality of the Plate and with the remote control. It has a good, well lit display. I found the instructions a bit confusing but in actuality the Plate is quite simple to use once you play with it a bit. The one drawback is that the power cord is quite short, but that's why extension cords are sold.
