Item was just as expected, quality is good and going to do what i need, im happy with the purchase.

Well made and just what I needed.

As far as this being for an IFAK I am not a fan. The actual quality of the bag isn’t bad but it is fairly small. I bought this with intentions of slimming down and modernizing my IFAK from the military (because mine is old af) and after about an hour of trying to get all my legitimate trauma equipment in there I.e. sucking chest wound pads, gauze, H-bandage, quick clot, burn dressings and many other smaller pieces this pouch was bulging a ton. It didn’t look nice and I actually went back to my old IFAK Pouch because it got in the way of my arm movement (compared to my original IFAK not being in the way what so ever.All I can say is if you buy this pack light because not even the serious gun shot wound and trauma essentials were fitting properly. Best case use this to hold some ice packs and bandages for minor things and toss it in your cupboard for around the house. If you don’t mind bulk Then all the power to you but it just wasn’t for me.

I am shocked at all the things I have been able to cram in an organized fashion into this tiny little bag! This is my full kit for blood trauma since massive hemorrhaging is a concern for me. I have been able to fit everything I could dream of into this kit. A Soft-T tourniquet, an Israeli bandage, Hyfins, two Fastbreathe™ Thoracic Seals, an entire suture kit, a 3" transpore tape, a 4" coban wrap, a Celox applicator and granules, a nasopharyngeal tube, duct tape, etc. and lots more! With this little bag in tow, I am prepared for anything.

The bag itself is very well put together (I did clip the elastics for flat folding capability) and seems like it’ll do well on a hike strapped to my bag... one gripe, a big one for me, is that the button snaps seemed to be too stiff at first and then after one pop off they’re becoming too loose. On that note it’s to be expected for the price point. It’s great otherwise, everything you’d expect to expect.Will recommend to friends and family.

Listing indicates that it is a tear away pouch and it is not, even though the accompanying photos show that it is not a tear away, this bullet point should be removed. The listing also states the dimensions being 8" high x 6' wide x 3" deep, while this may sound petty is also incorrect. The dimensions are 8" high x 5 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" deep. It took 3 weeks for shipping, because it came from China, and from now on I will be checking each seller profile to avoid buying anything coming from China for that very reasonOther than that, they appear to be well made, but only time will tell, so I will not give a rating at this time and the price was not bad.

Massive pouch (my hand for reference). Way too big to use an IFAK . Could be used as an admin pouch or to add storage to a daypack or ruck. Material feels a little cheap and the stiching isn't the best. But hey, it's ok for the price.

This pouch is quality made and feels durable. It has plenty of room for ifak supplies and the seller sent me a smaller pouch as a thank you gift! The complimentary pouch is large enough to build another ifak if you so desire. I'm putting together a vehicle first aid kit with mine...a very basic one.Over all this is great value for the money!

Very sturdy and spacious, I put in a few handfuls of supplies in it and there's still a ton of room. There plenty of slots and little compartments for easy organization and theres elastic bands on the side so nothing falls out when you zip it down all the way. They even included a little thank you note which is always appreciated.
