Such a great tool for some deep leg, quad, and hamstring stretches! I just love this whole idea, it is so simple and easy to install and use but packs a great stretch in for those of us who can use one. I received this miracle solo stretch strap and it came rolled up in a small box with the piece needed for door install a 10% off coupon for their online store and even a stretch guide and hints and some don'ts. My only word of advice BE careful in theory you can injure yourself if not using careful and controlled movements. I love this awesome simple but so effective and easy to install product and highly suggest it!

This stretching strap is great! The loops on it are incredibly helpful for holding onto and pulling as well as sticking your foot into to be pulled up. They really help with the adjustment of one's stretch as well.The color is very pretty; the color said "purple" but is very pinky, but it's a very pretty purple pink (the colorful strap is kind of shiny, which is pretty too). The material seems sturdy, it's comfortably long enough for taller or shorter people, and there are plenty of loops on the strap.This would be a great tool or gift for any athlete, gymnast, or dancer.

I practice yoga and got these to improve flexibility and form. It's awkward to position the body and follow the recommended stretch positions. I also don't know how long it will last as to achieve the stretch you just pull the other in through the D ring, which is not a smooth process because of the loopholes. I noticed friction frays within a few minutes of using it. I will say that the stretches to my hamstrings felt really good. I'll keep experimenting with it but I just think there may be better mechanisms for doing this. I did feel that it was sturdy and the anchor stayed in place. Just not sure about longevity.

The purple colored strap is more like a rose color. Really beautiful! This is excellent sturdy quality. It even comes with a door hanger and instructions on differing ways to use the product to stretch on a doorframe. I know there are also floor exercises that can be done with these yoga straps. I'm excited to have such a good quality product that I can use in multiple ways.

Yes, at first this seems a bit like adding complication to stretching because I could just sit on the floor and stretch but it's not the same. This form of stretching muscles that are working instead of muscles that aren't working. It's different. I'm also coordinating balance with stretching which adds more complexity. This strap is made well and it's strong. It doesn't take up much space either. The built in loops are easy to slip my foot into and incrementally grab. (Don't let anybody open the doors while you're using it though or it will snap you.)
