Informative, practical book, I like the easy to follow layout of this book. It has diagrams and illustrations that would benefit those in this field, wanting to specialise more.

Basic informations and obvious guidelines.Nothing more, however, the book serves as a good reminder of the basic communication skills required for first line mangers and supervisors.
