I've used these gloves as a professional carpenter for the last 7 years. I burn through a pair about every six months. Even though they wear out relatively quickly, it is worth it for the high degree of dexterity. I prefer the models impregnated with teflon, since they repel the dirt and crud from the jobsite. They stay cleaner and thus work better. Overall construction of this glove is excellent. I usually just wear through the two layers of synthetic leather on the pads of the index finger and thumb. I find the Large to fit nice and snug; I normally wear a mens' large or a unisex XL.

I've bought 3 pairs of these now. They are very good gloves in general, much less stiff than leather, so they are good when needing some dexterity like when operating tools. Hands don't get too sweaty inside even in hot AZ weather.The only negative is that rubbing them along pavement (like when using your hands to pick up piles of small debris) wears out the fabric a lot. If you avoid that specific thing, they would last several years.

Excelent as mechanics gloves, good grip, fingertip feel, etc. A little light duty to use as straight up work gloves, I wear out about a pair per year.

These are great gloves, I work in the trades and I have found these to be invaluable. They've saved my hands from what would have been at least a dozen nasty cuts to my hands. The stitching is great, the seams don't bite into your fingers or hands. They loosen up with wear but never too much to become useless. They're priced great and built better than much more expensive brands.

I've owned about a dozen pair of ironclad gloves. They are either 1) totally destroyed after a couple years of hard work or 2) completely gone, no where to be found, because I lost them.These things hold up to anything you can throw at them. I particularly like general utility, but since I've been working on some rather greasy things lately, I figured I'd give wrenchworx a try. Good grip, the oils and lubricants don't absorb into them as readily...I'd say they work as advertised.

I’ve used these gloves before for hauling and bought myself a pair for electrical work, they have gotten pretty damaged since then.

These fit great. Can feel bolts and pick up screws with them on but I always wear a hole in the side of the middle finger. I have bought 3 pairs of these and they all do it within a month or so. I'm a mechanic by trade so I use them a lot. Would give five stars if they just lasted longer.

I have been using Iron Clad gloves for years and have come to love them. This was my first pair of this type of glove, and it did not let me down. I have yet to get oil or fuel on them but you can see the material is a different type built for the resistance of these things. So far so good.

I've worn these gloves for years now. I have tried all sorts of gear in the past, but these really are the best I've worn. I would recommend them to anyone!
