I purchased this back in January 2022, I’ve been using it every day for the last few months and had been so impressed with the blending power. We had a ninja but it was too time consuming to clean so we love how this is compact but so powerful. Unfortunately this blender stopped working recently but I was ready to buy a new one because it was that good. I considered reaching out to their customer service and seeing if they would replace it since I had only had it a few months. I sent an email and within a couple hours I had a response and they shipped a brand new blender to my house within 48 hours. So impressed with how well this was handled and I’m so happy I reached out. I recommend this blender to anyone looking for something that’s easy to clean, affordable and very powerful.

I was a little nervous once I saw there was no on/off button, and then the blades aren’t sharp, they’re squared, so I thought it was going to be another return that I probably won’t get around to making blah blah… I was and still at pleasantly surprised! I’ve used it almost every day now for about a month, and it’s really a good little piece of equipment.The cup is larger than what I’m used to, so I have to master not making such a humongous smoothie, but if that’s my biggest problem I’ll take it!It’s easy to clean, but just like anything else, only if you rinse off the blades immediately after using, then you’ll be good. It only becomes a problem if you let the top sit around with fruit or whatever it is you’re using, all over it, then it could become annoying to clean obviously.I like that it’s compact, so that if I don’t put it back in the cabinet right away it’s not taking up too much space in my tiny kitchen.I take a lot of my supplements in powder form, so I needed to get something that would be easy enough to use every day, and it had to be just right. I use frozen fruit and juice or milk, blend it up for about a minute or less and I’m good to go. Never leaves big chunks at all. Not once.I got this one used, refurbished actually, so it was even more reason to be hesitant, but again, I was pleasantly surprised.

Our blender died and we really only used it for smoothies so we decided to give this a try instead of its more expensive competitor. A Pro/Con is listed below but the biggest problem is that there is no on off switch. You have to press down the bottle and twist it clockwise to make it stay on. Once your blend is done you need to reverse the process HOWEVER unless you very quickly remove it the gears will grind. This will most definitely lead to requiring a replacement. There is not reason not to have an on off switch. Not a deal breaker but very poor engineering.Pros:Very strong motorEasy to cleanSolid bottleEasy to swap out bottlesGreat value for the $Cons:Noisy as heckNo on off switchMotor does not "brake" when you remove the bottle causing it to grind against the gear. I purchased this a year ago but I only started using it about 6 months ago. I will start with the pro. The motor is powerful enough to make smoothies. The cons: The blade piece is not sealed properly. Water gets into it and is very difficult to remove. Rusty water leaks out when using and while rinsing. Also, the same piece becomes loose while in use. I have to continuously stop it to tighten it. It's a mess and going in the trash.

UPDATE: The great little blender is STILL going strong after almost 2 years! I had a small issue initially and their customer service was FANTASTIC - very responsive and resolved issue very quickly - they went above and beyond! ORIGNAL REVIEW: I have used Ninja and Magic Bullet smoothie blenders for many years, but after my 3rd Ninja quit working pretty quickly and the warranty was a hassle with charges involved, I decided to look at alternatives. On Prime Day I saw this blender on special and decided - why not try it? Glad I did. It's very basic (no bells and whistles like pulse, turbo - not even high/low) - in fact there isn't even an on/off button - once you lock it into the base, it starts. It works as well, if not better, than any of the Ninja and Magic Bullets that I have had through the years, and doesn't need all the extra features. The only unknown at this point is how long it will last. Since I use my smoothie blenders almost daily - I'm hoping to get at least a year out of it.

Works well at first, base starts to leak after a while making a mess. Also you have to push down on the top of the container for the blades to engage as there is no on-off switch. This seems to get more difficult to do as time goes on. Also the first 24 oz container broke one of the securing tabs off requiring me to purchase another one. It worked for a while, now this one is very hard to push down to activate the blending action, and it is also leaking. Would be a great unit if they could correct these problems. I read the reviews and there are alot of unhappy customers complaining about the same issues.

The product worked reasonably well for the first three months. You had to be very careful not to overfill it or it would leak terribly into the blender. The grinding of the fruits were okay bu you really needed to cut them up into small pieces beforehand.Although I used it twice a day, I was very careful to never let it run for more than 45 seconds - I used a timer.It worked fine one morning and then in the afternoon it would not turn on. I tried different plugs and leaving it for a few hours but it would not turn on.I contacted the company support ..... TWICE. I did not even get the courtesy of a reply or any indication that they were interested in the issue.My warning to you is that if you do buy this blender ( which I do not recommend) and you have problems you will NOT get any support on the issue.Terribly disappointed and angry over their lack of support.

This is a nice size heavy duty blender...works awesome! I love that it stops when the shake is done blending...makes fruit or protein shakes very frothy...love it.... The only downfall is that after just a few weeks and not using it everyday the little clips on the glass that keeps it tight on the blender are already looking like one's gonna break :(

I DIDN'T LIKE WHEN I DID CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY BLENDER NOT WORKINGTHEY ONLY OFFER THAT I PURCHASE A NEW ONE WITH $10 OFF ???BUYING ANTHER ONE FORM THEM WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY..

This is a really powerful blender but it is really noisy. I have to cover my ears or leave the room when it is working. It is a step up from the lower model as it is more powerful mixing up smoothies.Update:This blender is garbage. The base started to break down leaving a brown film of dust over the base. I tried to get support from La Reveuse but received no contact back. I have since purchased a Vitamix - no comparison. It is worth the price.

I love this blender, it is so powerful and fast. Makes my smoothies in seconds. Highly recommend!!
