I really liked this product because it did help me a lot when it came to the management of my blood sugars. I went from having fasting blood sugars of 180s in the morning to 120s fasting blood sugar. I know that this is the dihydoberberine working because I also tried a whole week without it and and the blood sugars went back up. And another thing, I don’t recommend but it helped me with cheat days when I would eat a lot more sweets than I was supposed to be eating. The taste isn’t overwhelming, easy to swallow, no stomach or no pain relief issues, it’s a great price for a two month supply. I think that this is the highest quality of dihydroberberine that I have ever used. Besides I have also noticed that I do sleep a lot better at night because I don’t have to wake up to sweating at night because of my high blood sugars. I lot the size and packaging of the pills, it’s cute and could be repurposed. Thanks so much!

I recently switched to this product after taking another 1200mg berberine product continuously for over 8 months. Then I heard about the benefits of diihydroberberine over standard berberine and decided to research it. That's when I found this brand which has some other great ingredients along with DHB. I can tell you that I've had no stomach discomfort with this product like I did with berberine. My energy levels have been higher with DHB. With straight berberine I would get some tiredness throughout the day and frequently lightheaded. I've had none of those side effects with this product. I'm glad I made the switch and now have this on subscription order.

I'm genuinely impressed so far 7 days in. I've already lost 2 lbs and a lot of puffiness and bloating. My face is visibly thinner and I feel overall better. Daily dose is 2 pills which I split between 2 meals. Splitting them up like that I have noticed zero negative side effects so far.

This item is wonderful; it is great. I felt a difference in this vs. the other regular-berberine I took. This felt more powerful and more "immediate". I could literally tell that this "hit-different". Among other things, I noticed a difference in my energy levels... I had more "get-up". I would recommend this specific brand/item to anyone. The price is great for a 2-month supply and the company/customer service was friendly. I am ready to see other great product that I know they can create.

Just switched docs and my new PCP suggested adding Berberine at meals to reduce bad cholesterol and A1C. I'm six weeks in and go back for blood work in a couple weeks - will update then.So far, no ill effects, and the capsule is easy to swallow.

This stack has been great for metabolism support. Dihydroberberine helps with insulin sensitivity (research backed, stronger more bioavailable formof regular berberine which is usually absorbed at the low single digit %), cinnamon adds blood sugar balance, and apigenin brings bonus brain and cortisol support.I’ve noticed steadier energy and fewer cravings without any crash.

I am taking this as it is a more potent option for berberine. I take 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap in the evening. I have had no side effects and I feel it is helping with cravings. I strongly feel my craving are getting the best of me and this is helpful. The packaging is very pretty. I use this along side a stack of other supplements. I'm pleased with it so far.

I have been taking this a little over a week. So far, I have felt better and I am not as bloated. I take it at night before bed and sleep well. I will update after 30 days.
