Core Curriculum for Medical-Surgical Nursing

Very thorough " text book " covering all of the body systems with a Med Surg nursing perspective in mind BUT I needed a test prep for the CMSRN. I must have misread the description. If you are looking for a reference manual pertaining to med surg nursing this is it. If you are cramming for the CMSRN exam this book might be way to much information.

The review book is just awesome. It's written in outline format, but has nice tables and charts throughout. Goes into a lot of detail, but isn't so detailed that it is dry and boring. It's a great all-in-one resource for medical-surgical nurses. Love this book.

I felt this book was extremely helpful!!!! I used this with pocket prep and felt great taking the test! I passed!!!!! The only thing I wished it had was pictures.

Extremely comprehensive. Really only a review book; no questions to help practice for the exam but well worth reviewing.
