I tried the vinegar and other products to clean the "musty" taste. Nothing worked. So I figure why not try this and I am glad I did. Cleaned it and no more smell. The water did have a "taste" for about 2 glasses and then was fine. Will be putting this on auto ship.

I don’t think it really did anything to my water cooler. I have a water cooler that feeds fromThe bottom and I was not able to follow the directions because it was only for a top feed.

Instructions were not clearly provided for coolers with bottles operation from the bottom.

This product smells and looks like vinegar. I'm not sure if there is anything else in it, but honestly it did about as good of a job as just using vinegar would have. It was a bit underwhelming. In the future I will likely just use vinegar as it is cheaper and gives me peace of mind.
