This bike is fantastic for build quality, looks and riding. no more struggling up hills, with responsive motor.Putting it together was easy, handlebars, seat, front wheel, peddles and lights back and front( multi tool included ), this is classed as entry level, but you wouldn’t think it, so if you are wanting to buy an e-bike, and don’t know which to choose, buy this, you will not be disappointed.( I changed the seat and added rear mudguard) in picture, nothing wrong with original seat, just preferred my old one.

Brilliant bike, very well built, easy to put together, quality build & most important superb battery life. Great fun to ride & has that boost when you need it!Will be putting road tyres on as don't use it for off road. Looks great as well, the matt black finish is very classy!

The battery wasn’t working well I only ride 3h then battery finished and what u say in description? 5 to 6h u can ride bike how much money did u take £599 and u now what is the purpose? Every one buy this e bike because of motor so u have to pay me bake

Je suis enchanté par mon nouveau vélo électrique de 26 pouces ! C’est la première fois que j’opte pour un vélo électrique, et je dois dire que cette expérience dépasse largement mes attentes. La batterie tient bien la charge, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les sorties prolongées.Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence pour moi, c’est le service client exceptionnel que j’ai reçu. J’ai échangé avec le vendeur car je souhaitais obtenir un bonus pour la prime vélo, et il a été incroyablement réactif et aidant. Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et m’a guidé à travers le processus avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. C’est rare de nos jours de tomber sur un service client aussi compétent et attentionné.En résumé, je suis ravi de mon achat, tant pour la qualité du vélo que pour l’expérience client. Je recommande ce produit à 200 % pour tous ceux qui cherchent un vélo électrique fiable, performant, et un service après-vente irréprochable !

nach nunmehr 2 Touroll (einmal 26" und das zweite mal 29") nach ca. einem Monat eigentlich zufrieden, wenn der Akku , der angeblich 13Ah hat, aber nur das Gewicht und die Leistung eines 7AH Akkus besitzt.als 13AH Akku wären sogar 4,5 Sterne drinnenIch habe also 2 Touroll Räder mit 2 Akkus angeblich 13AH und das Gewicht abgemessen:Touroll 13Ah: 2130g (alle 2 Akkus)anderer Hersteller 13Ah: 3021ganderer Hersteller 7.8Ah: 2110ganderer Hersteller 20Ah: 3580gReichweite selbe Strecke/Temp/Wind/Gewicht (absolut fahrbares Maximum):Touroll 13Ah: 50kmBaugleicher Akku 13Ah: 80kmBaugleicher Akku 7,8Ah: 50kmUpdate: der Produktsupport scheint zu funktionieren und die Akkus werden getauscht und wurden bereits versendet..to be continued....Update2: naja nach 2 Wochen keine Infos mehr bezüglich AkkusUpdate 3: die Akkus wurden verschickt..neugierig wie es ausgeht....Update 4: beide Akkus angekommen, in Summe also ok

Kein schweres Bike, gute und präzise Schaltung.Ein Manko- es ist kein Tacho dabei
