Gave 3 star and the unit has a design flaw. The battery cover is loose and mine eventually fell off with battery and I do not know where. I now have to add a battery and gaffer tape across the back to use it. They need to design a secure battery case, as a real true design issue. Would I buy again with the current design - NO. 2 weeks after battery compartment lid fell off and having to use tape to hold battery in it stopped working completely. £45 for this. Appalling.

As a tech professional who rarely writes reviews, I felt compelled to warn others about this password keeper device.Key issues:- Limited compatibility - only works with 3 apps- Won't pair with my Mac system- Redundant functionality given latest MacOS/iOS built-in password features- Concerning privacy issues - displays full password vault without clear purpose- Confusing interface showing useless document lists instead of apps/passwords- No clear way to add passwords or OTP codes- Poor user experience overall. Not user-friendly.- And now it seems my master password isn't working properly!I don't have the original packaging, otherwise I would send it back to Amazon.

This is ideal if you need dozens and dozens of passwords like i do. Nothing is saved on your devices so you don't need to worry if you get a virus etc so nothing can be stolen.
