Then pull again and it full rewind it very fastIt comes with standard nozzle that is enough for almost all use but i already had the Hozelock spray gun for my bonzai and it fit 100% to it (no leak at all)you can remove from wall easily for winter season to avoid the freeze the hose and brake it .

To be honest, from the reviews I expected more from this. I’ve had a few Tacklife products and they’ve exceeded my expectations.First off the rewind mechanism in this product is excellent, getting it to lock at your desired length is a little hit and miss but I suspect there is a knack to it that comes with practice. Rewinding the hose is as easy as walking it back to the reel and it puts itself away neatly and without drama, if you were to let it reel itself back in I suspect there would be quite a lot of drama, so don’t do that. The unit itself is more compact than I imagined but I’m counting that as a positive.The main problem with the product is the hose itself, which is a cheap plasticy affair, it does the job but if you were to inadvertently kink it (which wouldn’t be hard) then the kink wouldn’t come out. Like some other reviewers, the link hose on mine was kinked in the box and that is going nowhere. In an effort to replace the link hose I popped off the centre piece where it is attached and found that it is crimped in to the connection. The standard click on connections do work well and don’t leak, but they wouldn’t do as they are glued in, so not replaceable unless you cut them off. They are also not the water stop type, so changing accessories at the business end will get messy. Next port of call is to cut the link hose and join it to a more flexible alternative. I’m sure I have read in one of the q/a’s that the main hose is replaceable, so might be an option for the future.Finally for my specific application I needed this reel in a fixed position, whereas it is actually designed to be wall mounted on a swivel, but how hard would it be to pop a few holes in the base to secure it, or to provide a locking pin to stop it from swivelling? The mount and swivel pin are both plastic where I was expecting metal, but they seem up to the job and it is supplied with substantial fixings.Edited to add - standard garden hose pipe is 1/2 inch or 12.5mm internally, so all standard connectors and fittings are based on this measurement. This reel is advertised as having 13mm hose, which wouldn’t be an issue in everyday use, except that in this case, 13mm is the external diameter not the internal. It is actually less than 12mm, making normal connectors very difficult to fit and more importantly, the smaller diameter will have a direct effect on the flow rate through the hose, not such an issue if you are watering the garden, but if you intend to use this with a pressure washer, beware.

Having just moved into a new house and the old outdoor hose having been taken by the previous owner, we were looking to find a replacement with the main requirement being no manual winding!We saw this 20m hose as one of the sponsored products, having not heard of the brand we were a little unsure, the reviews were good so decided to take the plunge and order one.20m was more than adequate for us, with our garden only being able 10 metres and getting round to the front for the pressure washer.It came nicely packaged, the first thing we noticed was just how heavy and solid the hose reel felt, which was a nice surprise. Installation was also relatively painless, it involves drilling 4 10mm holes in your outside wall (about 8cm deep). Simply tighten the supplied nuts in with a socket set.The actual hose is great to use, it feels solid and the connectors are great. As you can see from the photos, it easily push and pull connects onto the Karcher pressure washer that we have. Also the lock and retract works absolutely perfect, exactly what we were looking for.Overall very, very impressed. Will have to look into some other TackLife products if we need any more DIY tools.

I got fed up tripping over my old messy hose reel and it constantly dragging along the ground and getting dirty. This one is so much better. The locking system is excellent and makes it so much easier to use, and the reel makes storage much neater and quicker when you're done. I also love the way it swivels on its stand/mount so you can fold it in flat against the wall when not in use.You definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant hose and hose reel. I'm very pleased with it. Putting it together was easy enough. It doesn't kink and is easy to pull out and retract. I love how it looks on the wall - keeps it so neat & tidy. All in all happy with this purchase.

As good a product as other “well known” makes.When pulling the hose out, you just have to pull gently, not jerking it.I’ve pulled the hose out to it’s full length with no issues.Again, when returning the hose to the housing, a gentle tug is all that’s needed to release the mechanism, then let it retract fairly slowly.The hose is the ‘no tangle’ type, so have not experienced any ‘knotting’.Very good automatic rewind system winds the hose neatly inside the housing.Also, liked the fact that it’s easy to take the whole reel housing off from the bracket, so it can be put away for winter.

It's a strong, durable case. The hose retracts easily into the case. The only thing I don't like is the nozzle. I find it awkward to adjust from jet to spray. It's also a bit of a pain if you need to stop spraying for any reason....a trigger would be much easier.
