Mark Maker Personal Embosser

The emobosser insert I received misspells the last name. Mark Maker is refusing to send me one with the correct name because this happened a few years ago, even though they advertise "lifetime guarantee" all over the box. Not only that, at same time the sales rep refused to fix the error, she asked for my credit card number and social security number (something about shipping from Canada) so she can sell me another one. Seriously?!

This is not a review of the product, but of its advertisement.There is no way a customer could make a decision to buy this product without some information about it besides its name and price. For instance, what is the size of the imprint area? Can it be fitted with different disks for different purposes? How are different disks ordered?

I first saw this when I borrowed a book from my Father In-Law's Library. I have had mine for over 15 yrs and it has been wonderful! Being a Pastor, I am one who lends out many books and to me it's worth it's weight in Gold as many books have been returned simply due to the embossing.
