Scosche AXT48 48-Inch Antenna Extension Cable

Paid $5.00 for this the other day, it arrived a day before it was supposed to, and works perfect! I've had many problems with antennas just slipping out of my stereo, and couldn't find one that fit snug, but this works beautifully! This thing really stays where it's supposed to, and there's no way it's gonna fall out anymore. I have a dual XR4115 Walmart stereo wired up in my house, in the middle of a giant trailer park, so signal isn't exactly easy to come by, but using this with the MAW40 Marine antenna gives me perfect reception, and maintenance free radio. 10/10!

Fits good. But I have static in radio station s if im 25 miles away from home. That's two cities away. My stock honda stock radio and cable attached doesn't do that so as my other car with ooineer radio. Maybe bad wiring of this cable.

What do you do, if you have an old jalopy, that needs a new antenna, but the wire is too short, and you don't want to spend any more than you have to, to fix it? Use this extension cable, it let me use an antenna I had lying around, but with a short cable, and get the radio working for just a few dollars.

After taking out my old stereo I noticed that it was hard (if not impossible) to make the new stereo antenna insert to meet up with the old one. This antenna extension cable did the trick and allowed me to more easily install my new unit. I would recommend this (or the shorter ones) to anyone looking to do a self-install of a stereo!

Perfect for a jeep tj. I got poor reception with a longer cable from the local auto parts store. But now that I used this cable I get the stations that are hard to reach in my area
